Very happy with the care my parents receive; they are treated with dignity and respect. Alwats bright and cheerful, and my parents look very well.
There is always a calm relaxed and friendly atmosphere whenever I visit. Dad appears content and relaxed. He has one-to-one support and has a good rapport with all the permanent staff. He seems well looked after and the staff have learnt more about his condition and really want to helo make him comfortable but at the same time are considerate ti his independence and dignity.
My father suffered from a major stroke which resulted in him having no speech and being paralysed down his right side of the body. He was in need of 24-hour care. We chose this home because the staff and management were very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. My father has improved significantly since being a resident in November 2018. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to this team and would recommend to others.

Good care, food and staff. Great to know my father is in safe hands and all his needs are met.

This care home has a lovely environment. The home has wonderful staff and my father was very comfortable and happy. The staff were very accommodating and would often spend a long time just chatting with my father. They have recently had a change of management and she is wonderful, she is doing her utmost to get the care home to where it should be at a good/outstanding level and now has a full quota of permanent staff. They were amazing.
Thank you for your comments about your recent experience at Bracknell Care Home. Our resident's wellbeing is our main priority, and it is great to hear that you were so pleased with the quality of our care. We always appreciate individuals taking the time to give their feedback. All of our staff...
During my mum's last month of her life, following a stroke, I visited from Kent 3 times a week, normally for 4 hours. Although I was able to give mum fluids, the staff and nurses continued to check her topping up her intake. I was always offered coffee and when I stayed 6 hours, they made me egg on toast. Very caring staff.
What a change now. First class food, attention and care at all times. My wife has dementia so does not mix well but staff are trying to overcome this problem.
I find my parents are happy and well looked after. They have been here for 3 years now and share a double room with en suite.
My mother has been in the care home for almost a year. The staff are kind, friendly and welcoming. I feel my mum is well cared for and feels safe in her environment. She had a good transition into the home, which helped greatly for her to deal with her change in circumstances. Mum's appetite is small these days, so sometimes finds the meal portions too large but they always try to accommodate her needs.
My father in law has been in this care home for 4 months. The standard of care is excellent. The staff go the extra mile to ensure each resident is happy and feels safe. They have taken good care of his pressure sores to his heels, which he had before he arrived at this home and they are healing.
My father in law has been in a few homes and this one is by far the best. He receives excellent care from all the staff; whether it be the carers who are always smiling and cheerful, the chef who comes around and checks everything is ok with the resident's food, or the activities organiser who goes the extra mile to make sure there is always something going on.
Staff are very friendly, professional and approachable. My dad is always clean and presentable, his room is airy and light and it always smells clean and fresh. There is always a drink whether it is juice, water or a hot drink to hand, activities are always going on even though my dad isn't one for joining in, he watches and enjoys all the music that is always playing in the background. The food is lovely. My dad has been in a few places and this one is far by the best. I feel comfortable and very happy when I leave, knowing he is in very good hands.
Mum was in this home only for a short time. They treated my mum with kindness and dignity in her last days of her life. The carers and staff were very kind and caring each time I visited the home. Mum's room was lovely, clean and bright with a nice cosy bed. Thank you for caring.
My experience of this place is very good indeed, I have no complaints what so ever and would highly recommend this home to anyone. I love my room, it's very bright and airey. I love to show it off at any occasion! I love the fact that I can personalise my room just the way I want it with all my own favourite bits.
Our nan's happiness makes us happy. Thank you.
My brother has been at this care home for about six to seven years. Our family selected this home because of its family atmosphere. This has held good even today, its a good place to visit.
