Thank you for your wonderful feedback I will pass on to the team.
Many thanks Karen for your lovely review, we wish she could have been with us longer too.
Having met the manager of Bridge House, who has been in the post only for a couple of years I think, and learned something independently about her professional history, I suspect it will get better still. I had the clear impression that its guiding purpose is quality of care rather than profit-making.
I cannot comment on some aspects of Bridge House's service (including food - though have answered "Excellent" as "Don't Know" is not an option). However, I would not hesitate to recommend Bridge House to those in need of nursing care in the area.
Many thanks for your review Jeffrey!
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so pleased that you enjoy your stay, you're more than welcome to pop in any time for a cup of tea or maybe some soup!
