Braintree Nursing Home

The care and compassion towards my dad was excellent. Dad sadly passed in September; throughout his last days, he was shown dignity and respect by all of the care home staff. He passed in the home, our choice, and it was the best choice we could have made. Mum and I were with him at the end. We were made very comfortable and felt privileged to be with him.

Activities provided are meeting physical, mental, spiritual & emotional needs.

Ever since I arrived in the Nursing Home I have been very happy. Everyone is so kind and caring and I could not wish for a better home than this.

Overall im very happy with his care, my husband is happy and that is peace of mind for us all.

My mum has been here 3 years now. Can not ask for better care mum is happy here she loves all the staff, which put our mine's at ease that mum is being looked aferd. If there is any prombles the staff soon let us know. We can not fault any one. I'm plessed to say. Thank you to all.

Since my dad came to Braintree Nursing Home in January, we have noticed a real improvement in his mood and general demeanour. He loves the meals which always look well-prepared and nutritious. The staff are always attentive, respectful and caring and ensure that Dad is comfortable and happy. There are many activities and celebrations for the residents to enjoy! We are happy with Dad's care.

Braintree Nursing Home is very professional, well run and always clean and tidy. All of the staff are so kind and friendly providing a welcoming atmosphere. The high level of teamwork is evident .My father has received the utmost care and support.

From walking into the home we were greeted by such friendly attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble in very upsetting circumstances. Our mum was treated with dignity and respect at the end of her life and we her family were allowed privacy and kindness from all members of staff.

I can't fault it, the care and consideration are marvellous and the staff talk to the patients which is nice.

The home functions well for residents and visitors.

The staff are great and easy to get on with. The food is good and there are plenty of activities to prevent boredom.

I have found this nursing home to be immaculately clean. The management is very approachable and all staff are friendly and professional.

My experience with Braintree Nursing Home is very good and the home is improving all the time. The staff are brilliant at all they are called for. Management are happy to talk at any time. Value for money is good and improving all the time.

Note, on two times this has happened. Just one thing is please make sure the alarm/button, which are there for residents, are at the bedside where they can use for help etc. because my mother can't sit up out of bed to get to it. Needs to be with them.

If there were any issues, we would contact the home but at present time, no issues.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am made to feel welcome every time I visit Braintree Nursing Home.

They are very well looked after. I'm glad to say my husband gets very spoilt. They keep the home very clean. So very happy.

My mum, who has Alzheimer's, was welcomed into Braintree Nursing Home, with care, patience and understanding. All the staff and carers are professional, warm and friendly and our family have always been made to feel welcome and included in all decisions regarding Mum's care. The food is really good and there are outings and in-house activities, to keep residents active and stimulated. The home has a real family atmosphere and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I have been here since August 2021 till now, February 2022. I have loved the home since the day I came here. Everybody is so helpful from staff to the residents, I found two ladies who are activities people, who do activities with the residents. These staff members made all the residents join in the fun. All the care staff, from the kitchen to the cleaning staff are all very lovely and caring and the management are very understanding and helpful. I would love to stay here again. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.
