Overall Experience
I have visited Kitnocks House many times and have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient and polite.

On the downside, there is a nasty odour when you walk through the men's section.

Reply from Janice West, General Manager at Kitnocks House

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the staff. With regards to the odour in the men's section, the unit is cleaned every day and we have automatic air fresheners, however, I will look into how we can improve this.

Review from N M (Husband of Resident) published on 21 November 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My wife has been a resident for eight months and from day one has been cared for in a most excellent fashion. All the staff even those not directly concerned with personal care are involved with the residents and treat them with dignity and respect. I could not ask for more.
