Our colleagues in New Forest are lovely people who enjoy spending their time with the residents. I think the warm, relaxed relationships between residents and staff are what makes the home feel so welcoming and comfortable. With my condolences to you and your family, thank you again.

I have taken onboard your comments about longer pathways and greater accessibility. I will ask our Asset Manager and Regional Manager to have a look at how we can improve this, thank you. I also note the scores of three for Food and Drink and Cleanliness which are disappointing, so we'll investigate those and improve them for everyone's benefit. The way our colleagues embraced caring for all residents during the pandemic and since has been humbling to witness. Everyone stepped up to support residents in those dark days when family members couldn't visit. Thanks to our team there was still plenty of laughter and warmth for all residents. The individual circumstance of your Father's situation highlights how each Resident's and family's need is unique and needs the care and attention of those who go the extra mile. We are so lucky to have managers and staff who do so on a regular basis. They really do everything possible to make residents feel at home, relaxed and comfortable.
