At Kite Hill we offer choices at every meal and a wide variety, however, we always personalise our food to the likes and tastes of individual residents, with some choosing to eat a restricted diet.

Thank you for taking the time to review Kite Hill. The past year has been the most challenging we have ever had, and I am particularly proud of how tirelessly all our staff have worked to keep our clients safe whilst maintaining a Homelife for them.
Our manager and staff have worked tirelessly throughout the Pandemic to support our residents and their families through a very challenging time. We are very disheartened by your review, which is not at all representative of the service we deliver as a whole or reflect the significant care, sympathy and support we have given to your Mother during her much extended respite stay with us. Restrictions around visiting are beyond our control due to the Pandemic.
We have tried to contact you to discuss your concerns with you, but we have not been able to contact you. Please contact the Home so that they can be addressed.
