Situated in the peaceful village of Standlake, just a few miles from Witney in Oxfordshire, Meadow View Nursing Home is set in gardens and grounds amounting to nearly 5 acres, backing onto open countryside.

There is accommodation for up to 33 residents. All of the rooms are situated on the ground floor and are for single occupancy. There are double rooms available for couples if desired. Most of the rooms also have their own access to the Nursing Home grounds and several are en-suite with personal toilet and shower room.

Meadow View has a team of qualified, friendly staff dedicated to providing nursing care 24 hours a day. All staff are committed to providing the highest standard of care.

My father-in-law only spent a very short time with you at the end of his life. This time was made so much more bearable by your kind, experienced and compassionate team. All of his and our needs were catered for.
He had a lovely garden view, which was extra splendid. Thank you.

My wife has been at Meadow View since 6th of December 2020. She has dementia and is unable to communicate properly. She is nearly 92 (next May).
She does seem to have settled in at Meadow View and enjoys being taken for a brew most days. The staff are very patient with her and take good care of her.
Thank you all so much; I appreciate it very much. She is very precious to me.

So glad to have picked this home for my wife's last months. From the start, the care, attention, nursing and all other services were without fault in a homely and friendly family atmosphere.
Services and attention from all staff, at all times, was superb.

Our father was a resident at Meadow View Nursing Home for almost two years. During this time the care he received from all the staff was excellent. He could be difficult at times due to his dementia, but these occasions were dealt with in a caring and compassionate manner. The family were updated
of changes in medication and well-being. We were also made very welcome during our visits to Meadow View.

Excellent nursing home, very well looked after, very caring staff, mum just celebrated her 90th Birthday, and had a lovely cake and presents and the staff are so welcoming and mum is very happy here, we are encouraged to visit with mums great grandchildren and I take my dogs in as mum loves to see them.
Mum was very poorly when she moved in and not eating, she now potters about with her frame and loves the food. Thank you very much to all the staff at Meadow View Nursing Home

My wife was at Meadow View for just over two years. As a family, we could not have asked for any better care. She was loved, cared for and looked after by the very best staff, every second she was here. We are so grateful that she spent her last time in such a happy environment which contributed to

We have found, over the last year of using Meadview, that the service and the care my aunt has received has been beyond exceptional. The attention to detail from the staff has been good with my aunt's complex medical conditions.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The care my mum receives is second to none. The attitude of the staff is always so positive. My mum was very worried about coming into a care home, after the first week, she feels very comfortable and relaxed. She loves the food, living at home she wasn't eating
much, now she eats everything.

As a registered nurse I could not fault the care Meadow View staff gave to my mother-in-law. From the day I turned up unannounced to view it as a one of a shortlist of homes they were kind, welcoming and professional. Without exception staff were kind and considerate to my mother-in-law, making the
