The staff at Woodside View are a credit to their boss, but most of all, a credit to the families. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always happy, cheerful, conscientious and above all caring. We are so pleased Mum is here. If only all homes had staff like Woodside View. And the food is amazing!

I am here because I have a pensioned disability called vertigo which affects the balance and before it was properly diagnosed, caused sufferers to be suspected of being secret drinkers! I have to use a walking frame to help me get about. The staff here are very caring and helpful. If, for example, I
had to be temporarily somewhere else, I would have no hesitation in coming back here again.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They worked well in order to allow us to see said resident while maintaining Covid precautions. They look after their residents who seem very glad and happy with their stay.

We have been very impressed by the level of service, care, and kindness displayed by all the staff at Woodside View. Communication has always been swift and thorough. Our father always appears well-groomed and comfortable. Although due to covid we have rightly not been able to enter the home, staff
have always been ready to connect us with Dad through Skype at short notice. There is a warm family atmosphere and we feel that Dad is well looked after.

Since my wife has been at Woodside View I can't speak highly enough of the care she has received always treated with care, kindness dignity and a welcoming smile at all times. Regarding the staff couldn't ask for better always welcoming, ready to listen, very supportive caring and kind.

The staff go over and above with their kindness and care and have kept in touch with me at all times. I am always informed of injections and medication changes, plus good days and bad days for my husband. He is well looked after and as a family, we are very grateful -especially this last horrendous
year. Whatever has been going on in the outside world, Woodside View has kept everyone safe and happy. It is a lovely Manor House with a nice garden for residents and their families.

Woodside View is an excellent nursing home. The staff are very professional, always treating my mum with dignity and respect. The communication is of a very high standard, the family are always contacted if there are any health changes we need to be made aware of. Woodside is extremely well run and

First off, the staff are great, always willing to help and accommodate, regardless of how busy they are. The location is very nice. Some care homes I saw, looked like hospital wards but Woodside is a converted mansion and feels like a proper home, with a lovely garden. Good communication also from
the staff, regarding Mum's health.

The staff are friendly and helpful, always, where possible, trying to fulfil needs, particularly during the Covid Crisis where the residents' understanding of the situation can make things difficult. My aunt has multiple physical needs and these are always met with understanding and I know she feels
'at home'. This is great for me, as I have been unable to visit as often as one would like, even without Covid.

Very pleased with the care that was given to my father-in-law.
The home has very high standards in all departments.

My experience of Woodside View Nursing Home was excellent. Throughout my partner’s time there, he received the best care and attention, in a warm, clean and welcoming environment. We always felt welcomed and were always informed and involved in his care plan arrangements. "Thank-you" is not really
