The care and loving attention my Mum has on a daily basis is amazing, all the staff and management are brilliant. Mum couldn't be in a better place, she continues to be in good health at nearly 102 years of age.

Mum has been resident since July 2013. I visit her regularly at least three times per week. Her dementia status and physical mobility issues make her currently very dependent on the care and support she receives from her family and the staff. Despite numerous changes in management during her stay and various levels of criticism from CQC, I have found the home treats her with care and compassion and any problems that have occurred have been dealt with satisfactorily. Mum has developed a cheerful relationship with the staff, despite the anxieties that are typical of individuals with her clinical problems. Overall, the standard of the home has been continuously improving over the last 2-3 years and I find it difficult to contemplate the need to move Mum elsewhere, which I believe would cause her tremendous upset.

Our mum has been at Palm Court for a short while and the manager and her wonderful staff have been absolutely wonderful.
Every time we come into the home we are greeted warmly and staff have supported our mum with her complex needs.
The care they provide is very person-centred which helps creates a supportive environment.
After seeing our mum fade away in other homes the difference in her emotional and physical well-being at Palm Court has been lovely, she is socialising more and building connections with staff.

We cannot thank the manager and her staff enough, as a family we have had a very difficult few months and we can finally relax knowing that our mum is in safe and supportive hands.

My mum has been at Palm Court a short while now, she is a lot more comfortable and settled, the room is so lovely and clean, all the staff are very nice and always there for mum and us. I couldn't imagine mum being in a nicer nursing home, the care they give our mum is amazing, so much better than the places where mum was before and we are so thankful to all the staff. I have to say the standard of care, as well as the cleanliness, is ten out of ten, the one to one care I rate just as highly. And it's also lovely that they bring the residents out into the lounge which is so important, thank you so much to all the staff at Palm Court.

My Uncle has lived at Palm Court for a few months now, he has settled in perfectly and he is very happy here. He has put on weight and looking better then he has done in years. Both management and care staff have been supportive and welcoming and it has provided a great deal of comfort to know he is being well cared for. He is always smiling, laughing and joking with the staff and this is wonderful for us as a family to see.

Overall Experience
My mother has been cared for by Palm Court for almost 5 years as a dementia sufferer and during this time, I have nothing but praise for the way she has been cared for. The staff have always been attentive to her needs throughout this time. The meals during this time have changed to meet her needs but plates are sent back clean which speaks volumes. The home is always clean and passes my nose test when l visit.
Just lately Palm Court has been working hard at reversing mum's weight loss, she has now visibly increased her weight, able to cross her legs and appears happy when we visit.

I have no reservations in recommending Palm Court to anyone seeking an excellent nursing home for their love ones.
