Thank you for your review. We would like to assure that staffing levels within the Home and the individual units are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure they are appropriate to meet dependency. This is overseen by the Senior Management Team to ensure compliance. Our Staff are very highly regarded and as a Home we have implemented incentives and awards to recognise the hard work and commitment given on a daily basis. We also have a schedule of redecoration which also includes replacement of furnishings and fittings.
The real problem lay with the people in Group who owned the Homes of which Primrose Hill is one and those appointed to oversee the Homes. They were difficult to contact and when any significant problem arose they made polite noises but did nothing. When they were challenged about their lack of action they acted in ways that made the problem worse, not better.
The MD of the organisation made no response at all to any communication.
