Extremely happy with the care provided for my mum . All the staff are very kind and patient especially as my mums behavior can sometimes be challenging. It has been a very stressful and upsetting time for us due to my mum not being able to communicate ,but this has been helped by knowing that she is
being very well looked after. We have also been very well looked after and accommodated when we thought we were losing mum and she was put on an end of life pathway. Thankfully she pulled through.
Please pass on my thanks to your team on their professionalism and compassion . You should be very proud of them.
I have marked down for security but that is only due to my mums tenacity in trying to escape. I think this has not been such an issue of late and I'm unsure how this could have been avoided.

I have trust in the manager who follows up on things, which we have not always had in the past with previous managers.
The general atmosphere is good the manager is very positive with a can do attitude. There is a proactive attitude from the carers on the floor - that has improved under the current
management.
I feel that my wife is well looked after. We are awaiting for the GP to refer to physio.

My mum was only at Aaron Court for a short while following the sudden death of my dad, her main carer. All the staff were fabulous, attentive to mum, very welcoming to lots of visitors from our large family. She became very ill and passed away in only a few days. The home manager and senior carer were
brilliant, we were kept fully informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our family will always be grateful for the caring, courteous attention they gave to mum. I would be happy to recommend.

Our Mum has been a resident since June 23, when she had to move from a previous home as it was closing. We were very worried that she would settle in.
All of our family are so happy and delighted with Farnworth Care Home. The skilled Staff are kind, caring for our precious Mum like one of their
own family, preserving her dignity, always considering her needs and ensuring that she is safe and comfortable.
The manager manages his Team with a genuine, warmth ensuring the best outcomes for our Mum. The Home is a place of welcome, love and care for our loved one and ourselves. Our Mum has numerous health issues, which have been cared for with professionalism and true kindness. In a fast world where service is sometimes secondary; the team delivers amazing care, everyday. We are truely Thankful to them for taking such wonderful care of our lovely Mum. We are so lucky to have secured a place. Highly recommended. Skilled, professional team. Thanks again.

The home for my dad continues to be of excellent care. He has a good relationship with some of the staff who make him feel comfortable and safe.
He especially enjoys the meals and the singing activities.

My very dear friend (and nursing colleague) has been a resident for nearly a year and I cannot fault the care she has received. The staff are friendly, courteous and very respectful. And go the "extra mile"! And most importantly my friend is happy and contented in the home.

My mum went in for a couple of weeks to be looked after while I was away on holiday, she stayed on the 2nd floor- Firwood unit.

From enquiring/ booking/ visiting the care home everything was explained fully and reassurance was given as we were very anxious about leaving mum in any care home.

My

mum absolutely loved her time here, all the staff were great and my mum was well cared for, she said the food choices were great too!

Would definitely recommend this care home for anyone looking and my mum is looking forward to her next holiday here.

Thank you to all the staff at farnworth care home.
