All the staff are very caring and attentive to my brother's needs and ensure he feels like his own home which is so important. My brother at Manor Farm Care is Neves.

It was my husband's 70th birthday on the 11th May and the staff on Birch Ward went above and beyond with their kindness. We had family attend and they allowed us to bring in loads of balloons and decorations. The staff took photos on our behalf and helped make the whole event a joyous occasion. They are absolute heroes!

All the staff were so kind and careing. Home was so clean, and all the service user's looked well cared for.

We are very pleased with the care my father has received so far at Manor Farm Care Home. After an awful experience at a local hospital, my father entered the home with a stage 4 pressure ulcer due to neglect. My father has been at the home for just three weeks, and already his ulcer is healing and reducing in size. The staff are excellent because they do their jobs with compassion. Everyone seems happy and positive which gives the place a lovely atmosphere. The management is very good at keeping in touch with us regarding aspects of Dad's care too.

This home is beautiful and I can talk to all the staff and the manager lady is absolutely lovely and always happy to listen to us.My cousin is very happy and we are happy to be in this home.The home is clean and the activities are brilliant

My mum is at Manor Farm nursing home. She has been here since 2019 and I am very happy with the way the first floor staff and nurses look after her.

My overall experience has been excellent, regular communications from the management and team. My mother has settled well and she interacts well with staff and also lovely to see her engaging in activities.

My Mother has been a resident for just under six months and although I do not know about other Nursing Homes to compare with this one I can only say that I am impressed. From Pravene (Home Manager) who I have met several times down through all the staff I can only say that I am impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff. Any problems encountered have been explained as to why certain items are not allowed and the reasons why. I can only reiterate that I am happy my Mother is a resident and is being cared for here and she is happy in herself and this to me proves the level of care provided by all the management and staff

I am Eric and in my stay at Manor Farm Care Home I have been supported well and staff are very kind, helpful and polite. Kay (activities lead) is very good at her job, she is polite, kind and extremely helpful, she goes above and beyond. Management team are also very helpful and kind.

I feel very supported and the care is excellent. She has been here at (Manor Farm) for long too and I have no concern. I had concern with food not coming from home but this is now served. The team explained well to me. Carers and nurses and mangers all excellent. I am now happy with Manor Farm. I am very happy with her room, her care and the positivity from the whole team.This is the best home for us and for mum.

My sister lives in Manor Farm. The care provided is excellent. The managers are very friendly and supportive. I can talk to them any time, and they listen. My sister looks well cared for, and I am very grateful to all the staff at Manor Farm.

My husband is in Manor Farm, and the care is outstanding. I am happy with care, and I feel at home. This is the best care home for my husband. The home is clean. The staff are friendly. I can ask the managers anything, and they are friendly

Dad moved to Aarandale in October. He has dementia and had been living at home with 2 full time live in carers, and was not coping. He is now much more settled - I think the routine and activities make a big difference. Everyone is friendly. The nurses are calm, kind and caring - this is what has made such a huge difference to his happiness, as he can get agitated and anxious, but they are good at managing him in a way that calms him down and maintains his dignity. I would definitely recommend Aarandale.

My aunt was here for 2 years and 4 months until she passed away on 10-1-26, she was never happy she always wanted to go home and blamed me for putting her in here she spent the whole time in her room complaining and talking to imaginary people.
