I am Eric and in my stay at Manor Farm Care Home I have been supported well and staff are very kind, helpful and polite. Kay (activities lead) is very good at her job, she is polite, kind and extremely helpful, she goes above and beyond. Management team are also very helpful and kind.

I feel very supported and the care is excellent. She has been here at (Manor Farm) for long too and I have no concern. I had concern with food not coming from home but this is now served. The team explained well to me. Carers and nurses and mangers all excellent. I am now happy with Manor Farm. I am
very happy with her room, her care and the positivity from the whole team.This is the best home for us and for mum.

My sister lives in Manor Farm. The care provided is excellent. The managers are very friendly and supportive. I can talk to them any time, and they listen. My sister looks well cared for, and I am very grateful to all the staff at Manor Farm.

My husband is in Manor Farm, and the care is outstanding. I am happy with care, and I feel at home. This is the best care home for my husband. The home is clean. The staff are friendly. I can ask the managers anything, and they are friendly

Dad moved to Aarandale in October. He has dementia and had been living at home with 2 full time live in carers, and was not coping. He is now much more settled - I think the routine and activities make a big difference. Everyone is friendly. The nurses are calm, kind and caring - this is what has made
such a huge difference to his happiness, as he can get agitated and anxious, but they are good at managing him in a way that calms him down and maintains his dignity. I would definitely recommend Aarandale.

My aunt was here for 2 years and 4 months until she passed away on 10-1-26, she was never happy she always wanted to go home and blamed me for putting her in here she spent the whole time in her room complaining and talking to imaginary people.

Mum has been resident for almost 14 years here. I visit frequently and can not fault the care. Best team - incredible approachable nurses and kind, caring carers. Manager door always open!
Mum 98 - now - team effort she's still with us!

I always visit my friend with two other ladies from our church.
We have always found our friend clean, happy and well cared for.
The staff are all so caring and eager to help, not just our friend but everyone. Staff and patients were participating in bat & ball using Balloons. There is always joyful
music playing. All in all a lovely care home.

Mum came to the home in December from a previous care home; Mum has settled in very well, rooms are very modern and clean, regular staff helps with Moms familiarity with people to make her comfortable. She has put on healthy weight now and is smiling more. It makes a big difference to be able to see
Mom during feeding times, as I can help and spend more time with her, security is good and it feels like a nice place to visit loved ones. I feel happy that when I am not there Mom is in the best care.

Mum and I were keen to move dad from his former care home to Manor Farm where he would receive good care. The manager and receptionist were easy to catch on the phone, and detailed conversation could also be had via email. The transition went smoothly and picture my surprise and delight when on my first
visit I see dad being fed pureed tasty food. The manager gave me a chance for a 1 to 1 to smooth out some queries, and after a few days these were followed up and sorted. Thank you!

Home Manager does not listen to family. They are no longer offering 24/7 visiting hrs they have changed it to 10am to 8pm
Dignity is not there. Rules change every day
Home Manager is more interested in what her staff say not what family say
Mum was left starving.
