It is always a very hard decision to make to agree with doctors for a loved one/family member to go into a care home. So it gives me great relief and pleasure that I've found Abbeydale Court care home in Hamilton for my mum. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff are very friendly helpful respectful to everyone. The care home is also run fantastically well and the cleanliness is excellent. I've found the care home very laid back and a relaxing atmosphere and environment to be involved in. My mum is very happy and content now 3 months down the line. She is also eating better and doing well which makes me feel better too. It's great to see through social media and staff all the activities planned and executed for the residents and family members too if they wish to take part. I certainly try to get involved. It's a special place so would highly recommend Abbeydale Court Care Home. Thank you to all the staff and everyone else concerned.

My mum has been in Abbedale for over 5 years now. Both my sister and I are extremely happy with her care and mum is happy and content there. Mum's room is always clean and tidy with an en-suite and large TV. There has been a lot of thought put into the decor in the home with giant freezes that give the impression you're sitting in a conservatory and looking out to the countryside, there are also 'windows' along the wall with ledges with plant pots etc on them. There is a sensory room and the lounge has normally music playing which the residents enjoy singing along to. There is regularly entertainment on and the residents enjoy days out. The food is exceptional with the chef winning awards, relatives are invited to taster session where they can sample the variety of food on offer. There has been so much thought and care put into this home that I cannot recommend it enough and feel so fortunate that my mum is living there.

My mum has been in the care home for a couple of months now and she has settled in extremely well. The staff are professional and very helpful with the facility being exceptionally clean with a positive vide. Mum has gained some weight (which she needed to do) and has met some new friends which has helped her with her social skills and overall interaction.

At Abbeydale, my wife is given excellent care and the staff genuinely try to make her life happier. They help me and advise when I want to contribute on my wife's welfare. I have a positive relationship with all staff. When my friend visited with me he commented on the good interaction with the staffs and me. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of care and attention.

Our relative went into Abbey Lodge about six weeks ago and are surprised and delighted at how quickly she has settled in there.

We find all the staff at Abbey Lodge to be very caring and friendly to the residents and visitors alike. The two Events Managers do a great job in relation to arranging outings for the residents as a group or taking individual residents out for lunch from time to time, as well as organising lots of other events at the Home.

We would not hesitate in recommending Abbey Lodge to our friends and their families.

Since my uncle has arrived in Abbeydale Court. We are amazed with the care the staff provides him. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure each resident is treated with love, respect and dignity. I couldn't imagine a better place for my uncle to spend his final years. Everyone from management have been great, so helpful and kind. Abbeydale is a wonderful place.

Warm friendly home. Staff are all very friendly. Home is well kept. Rooms are spotless, food is beautiful. The carers go above and beyond for the residents.

Mum was unwell requiring visit from GP, Hospital at Home and then visit to hospital by Ambulance. Staff were very supportive to the family during the day this was going on. Checking in that we were okay as well as Mum and in attendance at each of the medical visits until we left in the Ambulance. Their support was invaluable.

All the staff from management down do a great job, communication is excellent and I'm happy that I feel listened to.

Very happy with the care and attention my relative is receiving, the menu that is on display for meals every day looks delicious. The building overall always looks and smells very clean, the staff are all nice and pleasant and always have a smile.

Lovely care home, warm and inviting. Residents are looked after with care and dignity. Everybody is very approachable and I always enjoy my visits to Abbeydale. First class care home.

My mum is receiving loving care from the wonderful staff which gives our family real peace of mind . Food is lovely which helps my mum to eat well and keep her weight healthy as she was under weight prior to entering the home . Happy with the overall care and services offered.

I'm very pleased with the care my father-in-law is getting.

In general the care home is excellent. The residents are well looked after with plenty of activities to keep them engaged. My dad is happy here and we are confident that he is being cared for. The only negative is sometimes had to ask for things to be done too many times.

Always find staff very pleasant and attentive. Staff always willing to help.

Best aged care home I have ever been to. Excellent staff, care and attention. Fantastic food with a great choice of dishes.
