Abbeydale Court

My mum has settled very quickly into her "new home". This is due to the attention and care given to her by the staff. Their professionalism and care for the service users is evident daily. They have taken the time to get to know my mum, her likes and dislikes, and have brought her personality to the forefront again. Also, the meals are amazing and can be adapted for her, great to see her eating well again.

Very happy with the level of care my Gran receives at the care home, never concerned about her health and safety as I know she is well looked out for. Especially Ellie, Justine, Kerri and Lynsey who always make my Gran smile as well as supporting us as a family going through everything.

I am very happy about the care my husband David receives. Staff members are so caring. His oral hygeine could be better. Lovely 75th birthday in private dining room. Robert's cake was amazing, thanks to all - kirsty, marina, sarah + samuel, excellent.

Dw has settled in really well to life in Abbeydale Court. Her eating has improved thanks to the varied menus and excellent food quality. She has also become more sociable with nurses carers and fellow residents which is great to see her wee personality returning. She especially enjoyed the fete and the live singer held on the day. The nurses carers are great at interacting with my wife and keeping her updated on her mum's wellbeing which gives her peace of mind and makes my life easier !

Abbey Dale is a great care home. Any time I have been in to visit my gran the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Gran always seems very well looked after and always seems to be happy when she is in her room or the lounge she always has a smile and that is due to how well she is looked after.

The standard of cleanliness is very good. As a family we are extra happy with Abbeydale Court.

It is always a very hard decision to make to agree with doctors for a loved one/family member to go into a care home. So it gives me great relief and pleasure that I've found Abbeydale Court care home in Hamilton for my mum. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff are very friendly helpful respectful to everyone. The care home is also run fantastically well and the cleanliness is excellent. I've found the care home very laid back and a relaxing atmosphere and environment to be involved in. My mum is very happy and content now 3 months down the line. She is also eating better and doing well which makes me feel better too. It's great to see through social media and staff all the activities planned and executed for the residents and family members too if they wish to take part. I certainly try to get involved. It's a special place so would highly recommend Abbeydale Court Care Home. Thank you to all the staff and everyone else concerned.

My mum has been in Abbedale for over 5 years now. Both my sister and I are extremely happy with her care and mum is happy and content there. Mum's room is always clean and tidy with an en-suite and large TV. There has been a lot of thought put into the decor in the home with giant freezes that give the impression you're sitting in a conservatory and looking out to the countryside, there are also 'windows' along the wall with ledges with plant pots etc on them. There is a sensory room and the lounge has normally music playing which the residents enjoy singing along to. There is regularly entertainment on and the residents enjoy days out. The food is exceptional with the chef winning awards, relatives are invited to taster session where they can sample the variety of food on offer. There has been so much thought and care put into this home that I cannot recommend it enough and feel so fortunate that my mum is living there.

My mum has been in the care home for a couple of months now and she has settled in extremely well. The staff are professional and very helpful with the facility being exceptionally clean with a positive vide. Mum has gained some weight (which she needed to do) and has met some new friends which has helped her with her social skills and overall interaction.

At Abbeydale, my wife is given excellent care and the staff genuinely try to make her life happier. They help me and advise when I want to contribute on my wife's welfare. I have a positive relationship with all staff. When my friend visited with me he commented on the good interaction with the staffs and me. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of care and attention.

Since my uncle has arrived in Abbeydale Court. We are amazed with the care the staff provides him. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure each resident is treated with love, respect and dignity. I couldn't imagine a better place for my uncle to spend his final years. Everyone from management have been great, so helpful and kind. Abbeydale is a wonderful place.

Warm friendly home. Staff are all very friendly. Home is well kept. Rooms are spotless, food is beautiful. The carers go above and beyond for the residents.

Mum was unwell requiring visit from GP, Hospital at Home and then visit to hospital by Ambulance. Staff were very supportive to the family during the day this was going on. Checking in that we were okay as well as Mum and in attendance at each of the medical visits until we left in the Ambulance. Their support was invaluable.

All the staff from management down do a great job, communication is excellent and I'm happy that I feel listened to.

Very happy with the care and attention my relative is receiving, the menu that is on display for meals every day looks delicious. The building overall always looks and smells very clean, the staff are all nice and pleasant and always have a smile.

Lovely care home, warm and inviting. Residents are looked after with care and dignity. Everybody is very approachable and I always enjoy my visits to Abbeydale. First class care home.

I'm very pleased with the care my father-in-law is getting.

In general the care home is excellent. The residents are well looked after with plenty of activities to keep them engaged. My dad is happy here and we are confident that he is being cared for. The only negative is sometimes had to ask for things to be done too many times.
