From the very first visit to Aaron Court, I felt a kind, caring warmth and kindness from all members of staff. My dad moved in, and my family and I could not be more satisfied and happy with how quickly he has settled. The staff are always kind and compassionate and have got to know my dad so quickly.

My mum was only at Aaron Court for a short while following the sudden death of my dad, her main carer. All the staff were fabulous, attentive to mum, very welcoming to lots of visitors from our large family. She became very ill and passed away in only a few days. The home manager and senior carer were
brilliant, we were kept fully informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our family will always be grateful for the caring, courteous attention they gave to mum. I would be happy to recommend.

The team at Aaron Court are all awesome. They have worked miracles settling him down in a way the last home never did, I feel very lucky to have found this home & lucky they accepted him. They keep him clean and smart and well fed. What else can I ask for?

When I was told I was coming to a care home I was petrified and worried stiff but all these fears soon vanished when I arrived I though they had bought me to a 5 star hotel. Everywhere was spotless, it smelt lovely as you went in. The comfort of the rooms were amazing, I was speechless and that never
happens to me. The food is amazing and plentiful. The staff are all o caring, lovely and wonderful and super friendly. I'd love to return one day and spend the rest of my life here. Honestly the care of the staff is just heavenly.

My partner has been in Aaron Court for just over one year. Sadly her condition has detoriated and thrown Aaron Court many challenges with little chance of second guessing whatever is going to come next. What impresses me is the devotion of the staff and the way in which they adapt and respond to her
needs which are complex. She clearly has a deep devotion and trust for her carers. Today the home had a live singer and she, from being sat in a chair in her room had had the time of her life, even dancing. Too many small and not so small miracles here to list.

The manager and the guys have been amazing from the outset. Nothing has been too much trouble. I was shown around Aaron Court by a lady, she was very knowledgeable and informative. The room was spotless. It has been redecorated and furnished to a high standard. Nurses and staff have been so kind to
Mum. I was very apprehensive as to whether Mum would settle in a care home. The manager and her staff have put my mind at ease Mum will be ok.

My mum arrived at Aaron Court completely shut down and traumatised from an appalling respite situation, where she had been neglected for a month. I never imagined I would find somewhere that could not only reverse the deterioration with genuine compassion, dignity and love. The staff here are wonderful,
and she is now thriving within ten days of arriving. I am over the moon to have found Aaron Court.

I have been overwhelmed by the care my sister received at Aaron Court before her death. She moved to Aaron Court last year having spent many months in hospital and a residential home. This move was the best thing that could have happened to her. I immediately noticed an improvement in her condition
and was finally given hope that she would be well cared for. The care provided by all the staff has been exceptional and the environment is beautiful, warm and comforting. I wish to thank the manager and all the staff for their professionalism, dedication and care. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everyone we met from the manager to the care staff and the cleaners and maintenance staff were friendly, warm and devoted to the clients in their care. I am so grateful that my sister was able to spend the last few months at Aaron Court.

My relative was recently transferred from hospital to Aaron Court. She has visibly improved, more alert and happier in herself. My initial impression of the home is that it is well-staffed by caring and attentive people. The home is well managed, clean and provides a good standard of accommodation.

My dad had dementia and was PEG fed and due to his MND diagnosis was funded. Over a 17-month period, the staff always made me feel that Dad was in a very caring and safe place. The nursing care was excellent and Dad's initial poor physical state quickly and significantly improved. He was at first, reluctant
to accept care or join in with activities but was always treated with compassion and empathy. He eventually settled, accepted Aaron Court as his home, made clear attachments to staff members and engaged in the social life there. The facilities gave Dad the freedom to move around freely and independently while he was still able. He loved to potter in the garden there. There was always a happy feel among the staff making visits comfortable, even as Dad's health deteriorated. The staff offered outstanding practical support and comfort when my dad passed.

Due to a recent decrease in my mobility, I have had to rely on care staff lots more for personal care. They are very thorough and ensure they check my skin for sores etc.
On the whole, the food is very good, if you do not like or want any of the menu choices you can always choose something else, as
long as they have it. If you do have any queries then the chef will always come and see you. All staff are friendly and willing to help with anything. Management and senior staff have supported me with some medical issues ensuring my needs and wants are listened to.
