I am a resident at Aaron Court and my care is brilliant. Everyone is friendly and caring. The manager is kind. We went to Skegness and I loved it. The carers are like family.

The care my Grandfather received was amazing. The staff treated him as a family member and it was clear to see the fondness and relationships built: As a family, any concerns were listened to and swiftly acted upon: Information was given consistently to the family throughout my Grandfather's stay and

My mother needed 24-hour care towards the end of her life. Aaron Court was a very good choice. The facilities were excellent and the staff was extremely caring.
The environment was bright and cheerful and staff were very responsive to both the residents and their family's needs.
I can't thank them
enough for the care, and comfort both Mum and I received in her final weeks.

My grandma didn't have an easy start but all staff have been amazing with her. She has recently moved floors and the staff made her room look almost identical so as not to unsettle her further. All residents have always seemed very happy when we visit. Thank you all for being amazing!

My mother-in-law took ill in Dec 2023 and was admitted to hospital it quickly became apparent that she would need 24-hour care and a home was our only option. This was never going to be an easy decision or option but Aaron Court made it a lot easier for us to do this the staff have been excellent.
They
have a very difficult job with some of the residents my mother-in-law being one of them initially, but with patience, perseverance and care she is now settled.
Management and team also put our minds at rest too, because it is never an easy decision to make.

I was nervous when my mother needed a home but I needn't have worried, from the moment we entered the home the management made you feel at home.
The staff become members of your own family from the first minute. My mother isn't just a number she is treated as a person and is listened to.
The staff
and management get your loved ones involved. They have days out, meals out and the residents all feel like one big family, they love the hairdresser too.

I can only describe my mum's care as being excellent. Her health varies from day to day and the amount of care and meds required also varies.
All of the nurses and care staff treat my mum with the utmost care and respect and always have a kind word.

Words will never be enough to express our thanks for the love, care and dedication, from each and every member of the amazing team, shown to my mum whilst she was at Aaron Court. We managed to bring Mum home for the last few days of her life, her world stolen by vile dementia, but thanks to the support
of Aaron Court, the local GP, who was amazing, and social services Mum was granted her dying wish to be in her own home at the end. She passed away peacefully on Friday 10th May. Thank you to the manager and each and every member of your fabulous team.

The level of care and support from all members of staff was amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble, my brother received the highest level of care was always made to feel important.
Sadly he passed away while in the care home, but the dedication of one senior member of staff was overwhelming. She went
above and beyond to support my family when it was needed.

What a lovely care home. From the day our dad came into the home we were greeted warmly. Dad was only in the care home for 4 weeks until he passed away on March 23rd 2024. He was looked after by the staff and cared for. We were looked after too, nothing was too much trouble. We were even allowed to
stay with Dad overnight in his final week. We would recommend this care home.

Aaron Court looked after my husband for two and a half months until his death from Parkinson's dementia. I will be forever grateful to all the staff involved in his care. My friend moved into Aaron Court in February 2023. I visited him regularly, and saw at first-hand how well he was looked after and his individual needs were met. I have no doubt that the care and support he received from the staff and management, and especially the personal attention and affection he
received from them, not only enhanced the quality of his daily life, but also contributed to his enjoying a purposeful and pleasant existence in spite of his illness, and for far longer than was perhaps expected. I would like to thank everyone for making him feel safe and for giving him a sense of belonging and of being loved and valued. In his last weeks, the care and love afforded him, truly went above and beyond anything he could have wished for. I know he will have appreciated it.

When walking into Aaron Court you are met with smiles and care from the service manager, reception and other staff even down to the cleaners and kitchen staff, they all make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is fantastic and very uplifting and they are there for you if you ever need a shoulder to cry
on. I am very pleased with the care, love and attention given to my wife and me.

Dad was moved to Aaron Court two days before Christmas from another care home as he needed nursing care. The manager and her staff went above and beyond allowing Dad to move in at the weekend and made Dad’s transition less emotionally stressful for him and the family. Dad was only with Aaron Court for
24 days before he sadly passed away. During his stay, he was treated with utmost dignity and care, and we cannot thank the staff enough for the service they provided. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for nursing care for a loved one.

The care home itself is splendid but the staff are absolutely brilliant human beings. Not only did they support and look after my father, but they supported and cared for me too.
Without these lovely people, I don't know what state of mind I'd be in now.

The care my dad received at Aaron Court during the last few weeks of his life was excellent. The staff were always caring and helpful, and I can't thank them enough for their great work. It is easy to visit, and there is a good atmosphere. All the family were very pleased he was there.

Lorraine has over 28 years of working in the care sector. She is an experienced manager but has also worked for the Local Authority as a Quality Improvement Officer.


She has worked with care services to drive up standards of care and assist providers to achieve compliance.
During her career, she has attended Dementia conferences and developed specialist services for those with dementia.


Lorraine is passionate about moving and handling and resident comfort and is a qualified trainer in this area.
