Reviewer Connection to Kenyon Lodge
Review submitted from a Website Submission by Carol K (Daughter of Resident) on Monday 16 November 2015. Relates to November 2015.
I would like to comment on the care and support by the care workers who looked after our late Mum. The staff are dedicated and work extremely hard. On occasions when staffing levels were low they continued to provide care and support to the residents and their families. We were guided and supported with great compassion right to the very end of our Mums life. We were all looked after in a manner that should be commended, Mum's care was always a priority and without the carers support the whole family would have been lost. Representatives from the home attended Mums funeral and it was a privilege to have them with us.
