Very pleased we can carry on with our 20 minutes window visit.
Thank you for your review - we really welcome your feedback. Many thanks, Sarah.
It is my first visit since my nan has been here and it is lovely seeing Facebook posts of the things she gets up to.
Try very hard to please customers during the pandemic.
Thank you for your review - all the staff have worked very hard during the pandemic and we look forward to seeing you in the home in the near future.
All the staff are lovely.
Thank you for your lovely review - we will pass on your kind words to the staff - many thanks.
Really helpful and nothing too much trouble. Seen Dad a few times and he always looks well looked after. Lovely place.
Thank you for your kind words - that is really positive about your dad -thank you.
Although difficult to fully review given the lockdown, what experience I have had with Kenyon Lodge has been positive both in terms of Dad's wellbeing and with the staff. Visits now allowed have been well managed. Dad seems settled and as well as he can be and that is what is most important.
Thank you for your kind words - I am really glad to hear that Dad is settled and that you are visiting - thank you
The staff are doing an excellent job of facilitating COVID safe visits to loved ones. The system works well and gives confidence, all measures are in place to keep our family members as safe as possible. Thank you.
Thank you for your review and kind words - I am so pleased to hear of the positive visits which you are experiencing and will pass this onto the staff thank you.
Mum seems happy and settled. She seems well cared for and eating well.
Thank you for the kind review we will pass this onto our staff. We look forward to welcoming you on your visit.
Not been inside the home yet due to the COVID19 pandemic. In relation to speaking to staff on the telephone, they have been polite and helpful and on the few visits I have had the staff have been very professional, understanding and caring.
Thank you for the kind review. We will pass this onto the staff. We look forward to seeing you on your next visits.
Blooming marvellous to finally get to see my husband. Thanks to all the staff.
Thank you for your glowing review - these mean such a lot to our staff - many thanks.
Dad is much more settled, joining in with activities and mixing a lot more, which is really good to see. We had a pod visit today which was lovely and very well organised.
Thank you for your review - it’s great to hear that your dad is enjoying the activities and getting involved. I am really pleased as well you enjoyed your pod visit and look forward to regular visits.
Great to have the chance of a window visit.
Thank you for your positive feedback - we will ensure this is shared with the staff.
I arranged to undertake a 'window visit' with a resident. Whilst I understand these are difficult and the health and safety of your residents and staff is paramount I was very disappointed with the arrangement. We had to sit outside in the rain under a shelter which gave little cover. Communication via mobile phone was almost impossible. Surely some perspex screens in a remote area of the home would have been much better?
Good morning. I did telephone to explain that we do in fact have a full visitors pod specially built for us at Kenyon Lodge. The window visit was though the only visit that was sanctioned by the public health team in Salford so we have been unable to use the pod and had to use closed windows only....
Couldn't ask for better care for my grandad. I have recommended this care home to other people.
Thank you for your lovely review - these mean the world to the team and I will make sure see this. Take care and thank you.
The staff at Kenyon Lodge are always extremely friendly and nothing is ever too much for them. The home is always kept nicely. It seems a very well run and organised place.
Staff very nice and supportive.
Thank you for your kind words, they are much appreciated and I will pass these on to the staff - I hope you are staying safe and well. Take care.
Friendly staff.
Fantastic ladies!
A very good and professional experience for Nan. Well looked after always.

Deputy Manager

Before joining Abbey Health Care, Emma worked for Salford Council as a dinner lady in a primary school, where her passion for caring for others first began.
She started at Kenyon Lodge 13 years ago in the kitchen and, over time, progressed through a variety of roles. Emma moved into housekeeping, became Head Housekeeper, and then took the next step into care as a Healthcare Assistant. She later trained as a Care Home Assistant Practitioner, which led to further progression into roles including Unit Manager, Deputy Manager, and now Home Manager.
Along her journey, Emma achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and is currently working towards her Level 5 Diploma, continuing to develop her knowledge and skills. It has been a long journey, but one she is incredibly proud of. Emma is passionate about her work and finds it deeply rewarding to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.
