My father spent the last few months of his life at Frenchay Park Gardens and I am left with happy memories of his time there. I thought the Staff were wonderful with him and nothing was ever too much trouble. The Manager was always very prompt in replying to the odd email I sent if I ever had a query or a request.
My Dad wasn't always the easiest Resident due to his condition and I was so grateful to the skill of the nursing staff their patience and understanding. I visited Dad most days for an hour or so and all the Staff were very welcoming and friendly to myself too.
Given other Care Homes I looked at, I feel grateful that we secured a room at this one. The room was spacious and pleasant, but above all the Care was very good indeed.
Thank you for the very kind and positive comments. Your father was always a true gentleman. Best wishes to all.
My dad spent 5 weeks at Frenchay Park Gardens Care Home in Oct/Nov 2024. He was very well looked after and they met all his needs. The staff were all very caring and professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you so much for your kind words, which mean a lot to us. I am very pleased to hear from them and I wish you well for the future.
Dad was well looked after and treated with respect throughout his stay. He was in a bright room and had a lots of his possessions which made him feel at home and very safe. As a family were were very happy with the care home.
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is very much appreciated. I am glad you were all happy with the Home and care. We aim to please and treat all residents as individuals.
As a person, whilst friendly and sociable, he always valued solitude and/or silence and preferred classical music, so the security of his own space was important to him.
The staff at Frenchay, led by the manager, gave him that security with loving care, which we as a family valued very much and have recommended.
Thank you for your lovely feedback and comments. It means a lot to us all. It was a pleasure to care for your husband, he was a true gentleman. We miss seeing you and thank you for all your support and care . All best wishes for the future. Kind regards Denise
My nan has been very happy since living there. She enjoys the food and looks forward to the Sunday roasts.
The nurses are very kind and go out of their way to make my nan feel comfortable.
Thank you for your positive feedback. it means a lot. I am glad you are happy with everything and your nan is happy and settled with us. She is truly part of the "family" All best wishes Denise
All the staff are lovely and helpful.
All in all, in my opinion, I would not put my mother anywhere else.
Thank you so very much for your feedback on the staff and the Home. I would like to "thank you" for all your understanding and support and for being a "devoted Daughter" We all enjoy your visits With fondest wishes regards Denise
I found all the staff very warm and friendly and the home is absolutely spotless, they all work very hard and make a fantastic team.
Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to care for your mother and to meet you. All best wishes, the manager and all at Frenchay Park Gardens.
My Aunt was a resident at Frenchay Park Gardens for just over three months until she sadly passed away last week. The manager and her team are absolutely fantastic. They are dedicated, committed and very caring. In my Aunts final weeks, the staff treated her with dignity, compassion, care and love. I cannot thank them enough. I cannot rate this nursing home highly enough! Thanks for the wonderful care and support to not only my Aunt but to me as well.
My mum stayed at Frenchay Park Gardens for just over three months until she, unfortunately, passed away. As a family, we could not have been more pleased with the level of care she received. All the staff treated my mum with the greatest respect and were always welcoming to us, as family members and her many friends who visited her. The home is very modern, spotlessly clean, light and airy. The staff take the time to sit and talk to the residence and there are also activities for those who wish to join in. The food is also amazing. To quote my mum "it was like staying in a 10*hotel". I cannot recommend it highly enough.
My Mum came to Frenchay Park for respite care after suffering a nasty fall and being in general poor health. The nursing care and general care she has received is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and caring. Mum was one of the first residents and after her initial respite period, is now considering becoming a permanent resident. The home is bright and airy, all the rooms are large with full en-suite wet rooms and TV's. The home is spotlessly clean and warm. There is also a pretty garden for residents to enjoy in nice weather. My Mum has suffered from erratic diabetes for many years, but since being in Frenchay Park, the nurses have been constantly monitoring her blood sugars and it has now settled down for the first time in many years. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Frenchay Park. The manager and her team do a fantastic job.
