I visited a family friend who is staying at Branksome and was so impressed with the home. It was beautifully presented, with large airy rooms which felt very homely. All the carers and nurses were friendly and welcoming. My friend is very happy and appears to be receiving wonderful care. We have found Branksome Park Care Centre to be a wonderful home. The staff are very caring and really engage the residents with activities and events. Our friend is very happy there. The rooms and facilities are outstanding and are kept spotlessly clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to anyone with a friend or relative looking for a care home locally.
My friend is very happy here and we know she is well looked after. They also have great activities for their residents which is great for them to talk about with family and friends.
Branksome is a home away from home. The nurses are really good and I love the care that I need. My room is what I need and I'm really happy.
The carers and nurses are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and conscientious. The laundry is excellent and they work very hard to provide a quick service. The kitchen staff are very helpful and will provide specialist menus if required. The home works hard to provide activities for residents, outings and church services. The manager is excellent, friendly and very helpful.
