The stuff here are absolutely wonderful.

The house is always clean and full of life. My uncle is so happy here, he feels listened to and understood and looked after so well. They always have a smile on their faces and a good sense of humour which goes a long way. I'm so happy that he feels settled and safe here. Eternally grateful for the work they all put into making him feel welcomed and cared for.

Ever since Dad arrived at Aranlaw he has been happy and very well looked after. I can turn up at any time and am confident that he is in the best care. The staff are just incredible, they are completely invested in treating the residents with kindness, care and dignity. The Regency manor home, is a very caring place for my Mother, they take care of her needs and comforts her, when she is struggling with her confused mind, they make her feel safe, and settled her down, the care is great, she is always, washed, clean clothes and hair done, Mum is happy there and when in the right flame of mind, enjoys the activities, it was hard putting her into the home, but I can relax, she is happy and safe.

The staff at Eagles Mount are amazing. Mum has lived here for 2 years now and, before arriving, was becoming seriously depressed due to dementia. However, since living at Eagles Mount she has become more and more relaxed, sociable and able to have fun. The care staff are really kind and professional while the wellbeing team are absolutely extraordinary in their commitment to bringing joy and laughter to the residents, whom they regard as extended family.

No one is going to pretend that living in a care home with dementia is anyone's dream destination but I can see that, for my mum, Eagles Mount has been a blessing.

I can honestly say that I have never seen a bad member of staff in all the time my Sister has been in the home . The Medical team and all of the team who look after her have been absolutely fantastic including the admin team and when something happens that needs medical assistance they ring me immediately to discuss the situation and assure me all is well and ok.

I can absolutely recommend this team and establishment.

I have a dear friend who lives in Regency Manor and she is so happy there. The home is wonderful, so happy, clean, fresh. The food always looks good and I am always offered refreshments as soon as I am there. The staff are just so caring, their patience is amazing and they work very hard. The deputy managers are also very attentive to everyone and the new manager was really warm and welcoming, despite being clearly very busy even offering to take me to where I wanted to go as I don't like lifts. What a lovely home.

Review of Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home from Alan T (Son of Resident) published on 22 July 2026 Submitted via Postal Card

My family feel extremely lucky to have found Regency Manor for my mum. On the first day of visiting it just felt so homely and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and engaging with the residents who all seemed happy to live there. Even though it was the first home we visited my family quickly agreed that it was absolutely perfect for Mum.
30 months later our opinion has not changed, we are extremely happy with everything. Mum is brilliantly cared for by excellent staff who are all so kind and caring to mum. Mum enjoys daily activities and is also taken out on trips. The daily activity programme has had singers and magicians as well as many other types of visits including Kelloggs, a miniature horse.
The management and front office are always very helpful and approachable and happy to speak anytime about Mums care and they always phone me if mum is unwell. The reception is wonderful and extremely helpful.

I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful care home and feel very lucky to have found it for our lovely mum.

I have been extremely impressed with Regency Park Manor, the staff are caring and so well informed and proactive about dementia. Mum settled in well, I was concerned as she had to make an unexpected move from another residential setting. Regency Park made sure that the move went smoothly and mum was made so welcome, her mood lifted and her general health has improved. I can 100% recommend this care home.
