Eagles Mount is welcoming and friendly with a lovely community atmosphere which makes family members feel supported. My husband's care is good and he is happy and settled. Staff are kind and respectful. There is a wonderful coffee shop which is lovely for meeting family and friends. The activities team works hard to entertain the residents with a varied programme of activities, trips and entertainment every day. I look forward to my daily visits.

My overall experience of Aranlaw care home is excellent. The care & support the patients receive is second to non. All care & support workers do an incredible job they are lovely. Management is wonderful very professional, always very helpful. There is always a kind word and a smile from everyone. I would recommend Aranlaw to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones.

I would just like to say that my partner is in Aranlaw House Care House. She is very happy there she been there since May 2025. She gets on well with the staff. I get on well with the staff as well. There all so nice.

My mother has found a new lease of life since joining the Kingsman House community. The staff are fantastic, caring, kind and able to respond to her individual needs. It is a joy to see her joining in with so many activities, and relishing every moment. It's also nice that we are always made to feel welcome when we visit, and their support is so appreciated.

I recall writing a review around this time last year and everything remains just as positive! My 86 year-old Mum has settled happily into residential life at Eagles Mount, Poole since June 2024. This location enjoys lovely panoramic views of Poole Harbour. The company has gone through a recent re-branding, and this has been seamless, where the staff and management continue to be communicative and available. We regularly visit my Mum and enjoy taking her down to the wonderful in-house cafe Colin's Nest, which is open to the public or into the lovely adjacent garden area. I often take her out of the environment, which is encouraged, and that could be a walk around the peaceful Poole Park, down to Poole Quay or along the wonderful promenades at our beautiful beaches. Eagles Mount caters for the life journey of residents, with different levels of care. Within the portfolio of the group, Kanesbury has other homes to accommodate conditional changes should the need arise.

Aranlaw is an excellent care home, the staff look after my partner with dignity and kindness. All the staff work as a team, with outstanding interaction with residents, you can see that they enjoy working there. I am welcomed and offered drinks, cake even ice cream whenever I visit at anytime of day. I am very pleased that my longterm partner is safe and well looked after at Aranlaw.

It is a difficult and demanding job, and they do it exceptionally well. Most importantly, they look after my dad very well, and that means a great deal to me. After nearly a year, I have been extremely impressed.

The house is always clean and full of life. My uncle is so happy here, he feels listened to and understood and looked after so well. They always have a smile on their faces and a good sense of humour which goes a long way. I'm so happy that he feels settled and safe here. Eternally grateful for the work they all put into making him feel welcomed and cared for.

Ever since Dad arrived at Aranlaw he has been happy and very well looked after. I can turn up at any time and am confident that he is in the best care. The staff are just incredible, they are completely invested in treating the residents with kindness, care and dignity. Having had experience of other care homes, I am delighted my Dad is here with the Aranlaw staff.

I came to visit my longstanding friend who I havent seen since moving into Aranlaw. The feel of the place on arrival was outstanding and very welcoming. I was provided with drinks and cake on arrival. The observation with staff and residents was amazing and so lovely to see such person centred approach.

The Regency manor home, is a very caring place for my Mother, they take care of her needs and comforts her, when she is struggling with her confused mind, they make her feel safe, and settled her down, the care is great, she is always, washed, clean clothes and hair done, Mum is happy there and when in the right flame of mind, enjoys the activities, it was hard putting her into the home, but I can relax, she is happy and safe.

No one is going to pretend that living in a care home with dementia is anyone's dream destination but I can see that, for my mum, Eagles Mount has been a blessing.

I have a dear friend who lives in Regency Manor and she is so happy there. The home is wonderful, so happy, clean, fresh. The food always looks good and I am always offered refreshments as soon as I am there. The staff are just so caring, their patience is amazing and they work very hard. The deputy managers are also very attentive to everyone and the new manager was really warm and welcoming, despite being clearly very busy even offering to take me to where I wanted to go as I don't like lifts. What a lovely home.

I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful care home and feel very lucky to have found it for our lovely mum.

I have been extremely impressed with Regency Park Manor, the staff are caring and so well informed and proactive about dementia. Mum settled in well, I was concerned as she had to make an unexpected move from another residential setting. Regency Park made sure that the move went smoothly and mum was made so welcome, her mood lifted and her general health has improved. I can 100% recommend this care home.
