My partner has been a resident in Seabourne House since Nov 2025 as where he was prior to then was not suitable for this needs. I am so pleased and relieved that the last 5 months has given my partner faultless care. The staff are so dedicated, caring and patient with every resident. Family and friends are always made to feel welcome, the management team are always there for us as well as the residents. The whole atmosphere is bright cheerful, always activities going on to keep everyone involved, food is good. I cannot fault a single thing. Thank you Seabourne House!!

My mum recently moved to Seabourne House in Feb from Norfolk. She has advanced dementia and was very confused when she arrived. The staff at the care home have been incredibly good at helping her settle in. This includes labelling and sorting all her clothes, making her a personalised collage at the entrance to her room, including her in activities, and just generally being very caring and supporting of her. She's very content now and is always well kept and seems at ease when we come to visit her. Overall this has helped myself and the family through what is a challenging time.

Myself and my sister would like to thank all the staff at Seabourne house for the outstanding care and dedication they showed to our mother in the 18 months she was there . From a friendly smile when we arrived to answering any questions we had straight away and being so supportive. Also the care they gave to our father who previously was a resident. We got to know just about every member of staff and we will miss them all.

After a severe bout of pneumonia my husband developed severe health problems and needed 24 hour care. I had to find a care home very quickly and was so lucky to find Seabourne House. Sadly my husband passed away after a relatively short stay in Seabourne House but the care he received whilst there was wonderful. The staff were caring, kind and patient. They also cared for me, as they understood how stressful I found my daily visits, seeing my beloved husband so ill, and were extremely kind to me, too.

I can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend Seabourne Lodge to anybody looking for a care home for a loved one.

I cannot praise Seabourne House Care Home enough for the exceptional care they provide to my dad. From the moment we walked through their doors, we knew we had found the perfect place for him.

The facilities are top-notch, offering a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. My dad loves spending time in the beautifully maintained gardens, and the spacious, well-furnished rooms provide him with the comfort and dignity he deserves. The true heart of Seabourne House, however, is its staff. Every member of the team is genuinely caring, patient, and dedicated. They have gone above and beyond to make my dad feel at home, always treating him with the utmost respect and kindness. It's clear that they see their work as more than just a job; they genuinely care about each resident's well-being. Seabourne House Care Home has truly been a blessing for our family. Knowing my dad is in such capable and caring hands gives us immense peace of mind. Thank you Seabourne House, for everything you do!

The home could not have done more to support us in what was obviously a difficult but necessary decision to make. They have been reassuring and attentive during the settling-in process and have done their best to meet all needs as they have occurred. The staff are well trained and seem to know individuals really well and try to give support for their particular needs (not always easy but it is done with patience and care). The staff have also supported me as well as my wife which I am very grateful for.

I can't thank the team at Seabourne enough, they have been so good to my uncle, he loves the activities in his room and the food the home offers. We also can join him for supper or lunch and the location is just amazing so close to the beach.
