Staff are very friendly and listen to any of my requests or any information that I need to know regarding my mum's care. The home is very homely and clean. My mum likes the staff and assists her needs. They are all amazing. Mum enjoys the food and watching TV.

We viewed a lot of care homes - virtually and physically - over a two-year period but kept coming back to Seabourne House. Why? Because it feels like a real "home", with a dog resident free to roam, happy and motivated staff (always a goof sign0 and a lovely location and garden. Staff really cared, and Mum often said how much she loved it here, and she made some good friends.

Mum feels that she is being spoken to as if she is a child rather than an adult.

It would appear that it is a "one-size fits all" with no individual approach depending on the resident's needs.

This is a review of my father's care following yet another respite stay with Luxury Care. The staff are just wonderful to him and he is very happy. The whole family are delighted about how he has settled to having respite stays and I am delighted with all aspects of the service. Having confidence in knowing my father's needs are being met allows me to holiday with my grandchildren without any worries about him being upset or difficult (which he can be). I understand that each company is different but for me when I think about Luxury Care it feels like someone such as my father has arrived home, as opposed to going to a home formality is replaced by a warm welcome.

That is what I call a result.
