Overall Experience

It's almost three years since my wife entered Seabourne House Care Home with dementia. Over the period I have visited her every day for six hours in order to help and encourage her and the care staff in feeding etc. In that time, I have seen many changes but the one thing that has impressed me has been the effort to retain perfection in what is often an impossible situation. Here residents are noncompliant with carers. The patience and skill of the staff is remarkable, under the stress they find themselves. I admire and respect all at Seabourne House Care Home, thank you a million times.

The staff are very friendly and caring and the management is always open to queries, comments or requests. Just occasionally certain issues arise regarding my mother’s individual requirements but she seems to be settling in.

Very pleased with everything. It is lovely the way you take my sister-in-law out to places and shows. Given that she has this illness you have managed to keep her in a much calmer way. Your medication is just right. Your staff have all overcome her resistance to medication. Well done.
