Kingsman House Care Home

My mother has found a new lease of life since joining the Kingsman House community. The staff are fantastic, caring, kind and able to respond to her individual needs. It is a joy to see her joining in with so many activities, and relishing every moment. It's also nice that we are always made to feel welcome when we visit, and their support is so appreciated.

It is a difficult and demanding job, and they do it exceptionally well. Most importantly, they look after my dad very well, and that means a great deal to me. After nearly a year, I have been extremely impressed.

As a family member, I honestly couldn't be happier with the care my mum receives at Kingsman House. From the very beginning the team made us feel welcome and reassured during what was quite an emotional time for our family. The staff are friendly, patient and genuinely caring, and it's clear they take the time to get to know each resident as an individual.

Kingsman House has cared for my aunt with such kindness and respect. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and always go the extra mile. We're so grateful she's in such safe, loving hands and I would recommend this care for others.

I can't speak highly enough of Kingsman House. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The activities have been amazing for Mum and the difference in her wellbeing has been remarkable. The carers are patient and kind and always available to provide updates for me. I'm grateful to the whole team at Kingsman House. It truly feels like a second home. Mum also LOVES Charlie the dog.

It was a very hard decision to put my Mum into care. When we approached LuxuryCare all our questions were answered. We were welcomed to the home to view our best suitable options. My Mum has been so much happier since her care was taken over by LuxuryCare. She has so much support from the lovely staff and we are always welcomed on our visits.

I've been living at Kingsman House for some time now. The staff are caring and always help when I need them. I enjoy the company of the residents, and there's always something to do.

I visited my friend during my holiday in the UK, and I was so impressed with Kingsman House, the care home where he lives. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, creating a warm and supportive environment. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the residents, and the attention to detail in their care was remarkable. Seeing how well my friend was looked after gave me great peace of mind and made the visit very reassuring.

Kings is a very good home, I like the songs, and the food is very good. The home is excellent.

Kingsman has been amazing to my grandmother and my family, we were looking for a care home with an easy location and that didn't feel like a care home, Kingsman we found that it feels like a hotel and the home has a holiday feeling with activities and groups like gardening group, they have lots of outings and being so close to the beach and Bournemouth gardens makes easier. We are very happy with the care and carers.

Always a lot of responsibility choosing a care home for a loved one, but choosing one that you can trust to look after your mother who has dementia was the most stressful thing I've ever done. I know I can visit my mum any time, and when I leave, I can trust the care home to give her the best care possible. She enjoys the carers' friendliness and affection. Everyone at Kingsman has been so helpful.

We are delighted with the care received by our relative. His stay has only been for a few weeks so far. He is well cared for always looks clean and smart. He thinks the food is amazing. He is always treated and spoken to with respect. All queries by us all always answered quickly and respectfully. It is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We would recommend the home to other people.

All my family are very happy with the care Nana is receiving. We know she is being very well looked after and is safe. All staff at King's are nice and friendly, lots of activities going on we are very happy with Kings.

Kingsman House was the answer for my prayers, we were looking for a care home for emergency admission and I can't thank the team enough for the help they gaves us when we most needed it. The home is beautiful, the rooms are great with en suite and the carers are great, the communication is great I always know what is going on, the food is good, activities are also good, I'm just so happy with the home.

Amazing care home where the staff have gone over and above to care for my mother who has complex needs. Staff are always happy and friendly and have a great daily activity plan for residents. The care home is immaculate at all times and my mother says the choice of food is excellent. Fully recommend.

Since moving my sister-in-law to Kingsman House she has improved. The staff and management are fantastic, they are there for the visitor as well if you have any questions. Kingsman House is a very happy place to visit. The rooms are lovely and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It's so nice to know she is well looked after. They do a lot of things to keep the residents happy, The activities are brilliant.
