The staff are wonderful caring and compassionate. Lots of varied activities that everyone is encouraged to take part in and you can see what a difference it makes to the residents. It was so reassuring that my mum was looked after by the brilliant team at Seabourne. They were also so supportive to us

Myself and my sister would like to thank all the staff at Seabourne house for the outstanding care and dedication they showed to our mother in the 18 months she was there . From a friendly smile when we arrived to answering any questions we had straight away and being so supportive. Also the care they
gave to our father who previously was a resident. We got to know just about every member of staff and we will miss them all.

I can't speak highly enough of Kingsman House. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The activities have been amazing for Mum and the difference in her wellbeing has been remarkable. The carers are patient and kind and always available to provide updates
for me. I'm grateful to the whole team at Kingsman House. It truly feels like a second home. Mum also LOVES Charlie the dog.

Seabourne House Care Home

After a severe bout of pneumonia my husband developed severe health problems and needed 24 hour care. I had to find a care home very quickly and was so lucky to find Seabourne House. Sadly my husband passed away after a relatively short stay in Seabourne House but the care he received whilst there was
wonderful. The staff were caring, kind and patient. They also cared for me, as they understood how stressful I found my daily visits, seeing my beloved husband so ill, and were extremely kind to me, too.
I can't thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend Seabourne Lodge to anybody looking for a care home for a loved one.

It was a very hard decision to put my Mum into care. When we approached LuxuryCare all our questions were answered. We were welcomed to the home to view our best suitable options. My Mum has been so much happier since her care was taken over by LuxuryCare. She has so much support from the lovely staff
and we are always welcomed on our visits.

Aranlaw House Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mum was cared for by the wonderful team at Aranlaw from September last year until her death at the beginning of this month. She transferred from another care home that could no longer meet her complex needs as she entered the final stages of vascular dementia. During that time the care she received
could not be faulted. The team are professional, caring and compassionate. They worked tirelessly to make my Mum's last few months comfortable and secure. The staff always kept me informed of any concerns about her condition, going above and beyond to resolve any difficulties.
During her end-of-life care, my mum was treated with dignity and respect. The care and support the staff gave to our family was second to none.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Aranlaw.

I'm so grateful for the care my grandmother receives at Regency Manor. From the moment she moved in, the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. They're kind, attentive, and truly treat her like family. Knowing there's an in-house GP gives me so much peace of mind, and I love that
the home is pet-friendly- it's those little touches that make all the difference. I can honestly say we found the perfect care home. I couldn't ask for more for my grandmother.
