Glastonbury Care Home does not believe in visiting restrictions. It will be helpful to visit later in the morning or after lunch which works better with their residents schedule. The most suitable times are 10 am till 12.30 pm and 2 pm till 4.30 pm.

Edwin has the experience of working as a carer, then a registered nurse and deputy manager for the care home and having a humble beginning as a care worker in the care home sector. Edwin implements the best strategies at Glastonbury Care Home to continue to make it an outstanding place to live and work by focusing on well-being and delivering the best person-centred care for our residents. Edwin has also been awarded the Queen's Nurse title for the high level of commitment to patient care and nursing practice in the community.

Nisha has worked at Glastonbury Care Home for over 16 years as a registered nurse and was promoted to the role of lead registered nurse. As a Lead RN, Nisha oversees the clinical team in the home and ensures the clinical standards in our resident's care.

We have a vibrant and lively activities team that organises a whole host of activities, hobbies, arts & crafts, gardening, sing-a-longs and much more. They will cater activities to your needs and will do their absolute best to ensure that your days are fulfilling and fun with activities available that you like to do. You can choose if you want to be involved or not but if you do you can be assured that you will have a lot of laughs.
