Can fully recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for the very busy staff.

Friendly, caring and approachable staff. Always willing to help. I settled in quickly due to the 'friendly' atmosphere.

We would recommend "Rosewood" to anyone who is seeking a care home and peace of mind they would be loved and cared for.

Throughout my mother's stay, Rosewood impressed me. They enable my family to cope through a very difficult period.

Our friend became a resident as part of a step-down package from hospital. We have been kept fully informed about his situation in person and by telephone. The staff are always approachable and knowledgeable and have good relationships with residents and visitors. They are readily available to answer questions and where appropriate to offer advice. They are actively helpful to residents who always seem well fed and well cared for. We found the care home impressive.

Rosewood Care Home is a truly superb care home where we are all always given the most tender loving care. Throughout my eighteen months here I have been cared for with devoted tenderness and all my needs have been met with outstanding dedication to my comfort and wellbeing. Day and night, the staff are nursing us and making sure we are comfortable, warm and as cheerful as possible. There are lots of laughs and little jokes throughout the day. The food is tasty and our likes and dislikes catered for. We sit where we wish in the comfortable, warm and bright lounge or in our own rooms. We are always treated with love, dignity and respect. Rosewood is great!

My mother, sadly, was only a resident for a very small amount of time due to her illness, however, whilst there, she was extremely happy and well cared for by both Managers and Staff alike, nothing appeared too much trouble. She was made very comfortable and treated with both professionalism and respect and there also appeared to be so many activities for residents to participate in as opposed to simply putting residents in a seat for a day, they included evening entertainment, bingo, quiz nights etc...I am sure my mother would have enjoyed living there for her remaining time.

I would based on the limited time at the home, highly recommend it, and compared to the high cost of other care homes, it was very cost-effective as far as care homes go.

Rosewood Care Home is a well equipped and well run residential home. My mother-in-law has had some serious health challenges in the last few weeks, and all her problems have been dealt with, with the utmost respect and care at all times. Any emergencies have been dealt with immediately and efficiently, and we couldn’t have asked for better care for her. She’s back to better health again now thankfully.

My mom has been in Rosewood a few years now and settled in really well. She is very happy there and the staff are lovely plus very patient with her. We all miss her at home but know she is in safe hands and being well looked after.

My mom is a resident at Rosewood, she's been there since June 2018. It took a while to get used to it, but the past 2-years, she's never been happier, and I can honestly say so am I and all the family, the care and commitment from the staff and the team are outstanding. The meals they provide is excellent, there is always some entertainment going on, and the garden area is also a great place for the residents to sit and interact. I would highly recommend Rosewood Care Home to anyone and to give yourself a great piece of mind knowing that whoever it may be, will be well looked after in all means of care. So I say once again from myself and all the family, well done and thank you to the staff and the team!

My dad has been in Rosewood since August 2020. I cannot praise the staff enough. They are so friendly and the care they provide is excellent. There is always something going on for the residents. My dad really loves it there. I don't have to worry about him, because he is so well looked after. I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing transformation from when the management was changed, so much so, I have recommended it to another couple of families, one of whom put their mother in there and had the same treatment.

The new manager and staff have made great strides in improving the overall efficiency of the care home, particularly the way in which telephone enquires are dealt with by senior staff. The decoration of the dining room has made it a very pleasant place for residents to eat. The care is excellent.

Can't name names really - everyone is really great all of the time. Management are undoubtedly to be congratulated for overseeing and planning so well.

And it had proven to be just that and she has settled in very well.

Mum and dad moved in 3 and bit years ago and from day one they have been loved and treat extremely well, as a family, we have no complaints. The staff have always treated us a family very well. If there have been issues they have been discussed and sorted. My comment below, value for money, satisfactory. You cannot put a price on love and care. House sold, savings going, huge concern to what happens when all is gone?

My parents have been in Rosewood for a number of years, I can only express our thanks and gratitude for the care and compassion they have been shown.

My mother has been a resident at Rosewood Care Home since September 2016 from when she first went there sitting in the lounge to now being bedridden, I have always found the carers to be very caring, friendly, helpful and considerate to the care of my mum and also to myself when I have been emotional about mum's deterioration in health. It is not just the carers that make Rosewood an excellent care home, it's the owners, management, the catering and cleaning and laundry staff along with maintenance. I visit normally every day and also my cousins visit most days.

My mom has been in this home for 3 months now and I have to say that the care provided by the staff is excellent. I am pleased to be able to walk out of the home knowing that she is in safe hands. The food is all homemade with a choice of 2 lunchtime meals daily. This home welcomes visitors anytime which tells you that there is no hidden agenda. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for residential care for a relative/friend.

When visiting Mum she always smiles and appears very happy (although she has dementia) she always is cleanly dressed, washed and has her hair done. Dad died in April last year. He was also a resident. During this very emotional time, the staff were brilliant with both Mum and us, showing both empathy and compassion.
