The home is basic but clean. Laundry is put away properly. Staff and management are friendly and approachable. My dad is cared for, eating and drinking well. Any concerns are dealt with promptly. Very happy with his placement.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I have had dealings with six care homes in the Dudley area concerning three of my relatives. I would not consider housing anyone in one of the homes but the majority were reasonably acceptable.
By far the best is Victoria Lodge. The home is exceptionally clean, very well run and the quality of care
and facilities are second to none.
All of the staff are friendly and make visiting an enjoyable experience.
I would highly recommend Victoria Lodge as an excellent care home.

I have thanked the staff for their exemplary care they gave to my mother until the end of her life a month ago. They are a wonderful team and expert at what they do. My mother was so comfortable there and always laughing whenever I went to visit her. Thank you so much, God bless you all.
