My mother passed away on 14/02/22. But I can honestly say that the care provided at Bearwood Nursing Home was exceptional. My mother felt very happy to be there and developed a really good relationship with many members of staff. Thank you all for the care, love and devotion you gave my mother while
she was with you.

It's a great place for my Aunty, she is well cared for and has plenty of activities to take part in. Staff and management have always been kind and keep me updated.
I would highly recommend this nursing home, as it has mix cultural atmosphere.
My Aunty thoroughly enjoys her time and is very welcomed
by the team.

Staff are very pleasant, They are happy to provide any information that I ask for. I like my wife being in this care home and she is well looked after. I will strongly recombed this care home to anyone.

The staff are extremely professional, caring, friendly and approachable.
They always have time to allay any queries or problems, presented with a relatives care and/or a relatives mental health and wellbeing.

A very pleasant well run Nursing home. Residents are well cared for. Staff are helpful and any minor problems are resolved very quickly and with no fuss.
Mom is safe and well cared for which is so important to the family. The home is welcoming and well presented with easy parking. Visitors are made
welcome.

This is a very friendly nursing home. The reception always gives a lovely welcome and is very helpful on the phone with any enquiry I have throughout any time of the day. All staff and very polite and helpful.

I have a family member at the Bearwood Nursing Home. I visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. We were kept updated with my family members health during covid which also put all family members minds at rest.
The staff carry out activities that residents enjoy and the care staff give
to each resident is also at a high standard.

Very happy with the friendly staff and how my mother is being looked after. All members of staff are very helpful
Keep us updated and informed, easy to get in contact with.
Able to use FaceTime calls to see my mother when I can not visit, it gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared
for.
Would definitely recommend this care home to others

My Dad has been in a lot of care homes as a respite service user. He was never looked after well. Since he came to Bearwood Nursing Home he received outstanding care. My dad is really happy in the care home. And we as a family see it as lovely and we are happy about it. staff always go the extra mile
to do anything for you, there is always healthy food options during night and day. It is the best care home, we are so happy how well my dad came home from being in this care home. if I could give them 10 stars I would.
