She’s passionate about creating a true “home from home” environment, where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and well looked after. Tracey takes pride in leading a caring, compassionate team that always puts people first.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys exploring new places in her touring van with her husband. She has two grown-up children and one granddaughter, and loves spending time with her family whenever she can.

Becky joined our team in 2016 and is often the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting the home. With over 12 years’ experience in administration and a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Before joining the care sector, Becky worked in school administration, where she discovered her love of helping people and creating a welcoming environment. She enjoys getting to know residents, families, and visitors, and takes pride in offering a service that’s both professional and personal.
Outside of work, Becky loves spending time with her husband, their two young boys, and the family dog — usually outdoors or enjoying a cosy weekend together.
