Spoke to manager who was helpful and amenable. The nursing home was clean and tidy and seemed recently refurbished and re-decorated. The staff including carers are always polite to me, a visitor, ask me if I need any help such as showing me where to go, would I like a hot drink. They seemed to treat
my sister, the patient, very kindly and with respect. Overall I was very favourably impressed.

We cannot praise the staff here enough. We was so anxious about my uncle coming to this home after a horrible experience we had in the last home he was in for assessment but as soon as we stepped into the home all our worries disappeared.
The staff are so approachable and nothing seems to be too much

for them. My uncle settled in straight away.
We always know what's going on with our uncle as we get told either by a phone call or in person.
The meals smell and look tasty which my uncle eats with gusto.
What really makes this home is the staff and we thank them for the care they give him.

Great staff ,attentive , compassionate & pro active serving the residence with dignity, co ordinating & delivering a scheduled regular time table surrounding meals cleaning & events, whilst dealing with an ever changing busy demanding workload, continually updating family with conditions & situations
regarding improvements & deteriorations, a huge thank you to all concerned at brownhills looking after John over the last 18 months, Many Thanks Alan.

My mom arrived at the home in Jan this year after a period of time in Hospital. Mom was there for five months before she sadly passed away. I cannot fault any staff that cared for her and felt she was cared for like her own family would have done. Everyone was approachable and would always make time
to answer any questions and would support mom with anything we asked of them. The management made us feel welcome from the start. We are so glad mom got to spend her last few months here and would highly recommend this home if anyone was looking in the future.

We are very happy that out mum who is 95 now is here at this nursing home. It is always a stress to find a nursing home for your loved ones

My nan has been a resident for 6 months now. The staff are very approachable and friendly. They always listen to my concerns and do their best to fix any issues that arise.
The overall care is very good, the ward round with the nurse and GP is well co-ordinated and I am informed of any changes.

Mum has lived at Cambrian House for almost a year. She settled in quite quickly. The home has a very friendly and homely feel. Mum has an en-suite bathroom for her use. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I can visit mum as often as I want. Mum is always well dressed and gets on with the carers
very well. I think that the standard of care is very good and the staff always keep me informed about any issues. Overall, I have no worries about mum's care.

My husband has only been in residential care for four days and there have been a few teething problems. The staff have been excellent and very helpful in getting him settled. The main concern was him getting his medication at regular intervals and this has been accomplished. His medical needs have been
met and all the staff are very caring and attentive. It has only been a short period of time but my husband is quite happy and settled and I am very satisfied with his care. The only problem is that my husband has mental capacity whereas most of the patients have dementia. This is difficult for my husband.

I am very happy with the way Mom is looked after and she seems settled. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff and meals and treats (cake and biscuits) are always at hand. This is a friendly welcoming care home and Mom is happy and smiling when I visit which gives me great pleasure.

My mom has been in Cambrian House Care Home since January 2022. The staff put our minds at rest and were very helpful when we first took Mom in. Mom had a few falls through dizziness and losing her balance. The staff were quick to refer her for a medication review as this was thought to be the reason.
This proved to be the reason and medication was reduced and changed which resolved the problem. The staff absolutely love my mom and Mom is very happy and very well looked after. The manager and deputy manager are always available for a chat whether it’s for general questions or any concerns. The home is kept very clean and is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Cambrian House to others.

This is a lovely care home, my nan is being looked after brilliantly, the staff are so friendly, they enjoy having a laugh with my nan and myself when I'm there. The food is fantastic, rooms are always clean and my nan is treated with respect. Would definitely recommend this care home.

Cambrian House Care Home are doing a wonderful job of caring for all of its residents with respect and compassion.
I have visited the house on a few occasions, they made myself, my wife and my dog very welcome. A very friendly bunch of care workers, it was a pleasure to visit.
