With several years of experience as a nursing home manager in Hereford, and over 30 years as a Registered Nurse, Libby joined Kington Court in 2023 and brings a wealth of expertise in various healthcare fields, including Oncology, Occupational Health, Gynaecology, and Palliative Care. Her goal is to ensure contentment among residents, families, and staff while fostering strong relationships.
No two days are ever the same in my role, but I love the sense of satisfaction I get when residents (and their families) are genuinely happy. Having the ability to deliver excellent care is immensely rewarding.
Megan joined as Quality Assurance Officer at Kington Court in 2022. Her role involves ensuring the quality of care across both homes is carried out to the Rotherwood standard of exceptional care and compliant with CQC regulations.
Kate joins Kington Court having undertaken a career change after more than 30 years in primary education., most recently holding the position of deputy headteacher.
