My mother in law has been in Kington Court for only 4 months. It is a lovely homely place. I only hope it is still as good if and when I need the brilliant service that it is.

Kington Court is an extremely welcoming, friendly and caring home. Our mum is so settled here now. The staff are a stable team with a great deal of experience. They all show great kindness and professionalism with Mum. Her overall well-being has improved greatly, she looks better, feels safer and happier.
She is surrounded by her own things in her room which adds a touch of 'home'. The home itself is extremely well kept both in and outside. There is an emphasis on care and laughter and Mum loves the staff and they her!

I have been visiting a resident With my Sister on a Thursday for many weeks.
He had a stroke 9 or 10 vears ago, which left him with damage to his right side and lost his speech altogether. He has been in Kington Court for over 9 vears. He is quite shy and unable to mix well.
He has a very pleasant
room to himself with a television he watches
every day. It is always on when we visit him.
The Nurses and Staff are wonderful With him especially because he cannot communicate with them as normal.
He is very cosy in the room and looks well & healthy. His meals are brought to him every day & enjoys them all.
He really does look clean & well cared for. We cannot praise everyone enough for all they do there, well done to you all.

Well run. Staff are lovely. The room is kept very clean. My partner is always clean and well groomed. Staff are very good to me, always bring a cup of tea for me and ask if I am being looked after.

My grandma was cared for at Kington Court for 18 months following a decline in her health.
All staff at the care home are professional, kind, and caring and provided my grandma with the best possible experience right until the end. Me and my family will be forever grateful for the excellent and dignified
care that gave us comfort in her final days.

Kington Court is lovely. The staff are kind and caring. The home is immaculate. Dad's hygiene needs are always met and he is always smart. There are suitable activities which suit different tastes from church, magicians, wreath making, animal visits to choir. It is excellent. Settling in takes a while
and the staff help work through the emotions we went through.

We are very happy with the care our Father continues to receive at Kington Court. The head nurse and her team are very caring and efficient.

Kington Court goes from strengh to strength. Lovely staff and good facilities. My mum is very well looked after and safe and happy. Mum receives personal one on one care and attention. The activities are great. During the summer it would be great for Mum to go outside.

My family are exceptionally pleased and satisfied with the whole of Kingston Court. My mother started living here in one of the flats then when her needs increased she moved seamlessly upstairs. They welcomed her warmly and helped the transition. We feel she is brilliantly looked after. Particularly
helpful with the flats and moving was the lady on reception. An improvement - Visitors being able to use the electric car charge when we've come a long way.

Mum is always very well cared for, as she is completely bedbound and cannot do anything for herself and cannot communicate at all. She always appears happy and relaxed.
The staff attend to all her needs including feeding her. All staff are very friendly when I visit, often making me tea, and keep me
updated with Mum's condition!
Although I see lots of activities on social media happening Mum cannot take part.

Mum is very happy at Kington Court. The staff are caring and compassionate. The home is always clean and well-staffed. Great activities which keep Mum active and interested. Mum is very happy living here since Rotherwood took over.

Her goal is to ensure contentment among residents, families, and staff while fostering strong relationships.
