Gardens could be kept a bit better

After my grandmother going in and out hospital, it's nice to see her settled finally. Very nice and clean when we visit. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Extremely happy with the care and compassion Dad has received from all the staff at Roden Hall. Dad is happy and settled, giving me peace of mind when I am not here that he is being well looked after. The food is outstanding, and he very much enjoys taking part in the activities and sense of community at Roden Hall.

Since moving Dad to Roden Hall we have noticed an incredible improvement in his mood, wellbeing and energy. The care he is receiving is so attentive to his needs. The staff members' attention to detail is excellent and it's so wonderful to see their relationship with Dad blossom with every visit. As family members, it's important we feel confident with how Dad is being cared for and we can truly say we leave every visit feeling 100% confident he is in the best hands. Full credit goes to all staff members at Roden Hall!

Went to visit my Grandmother and was amazed at how happy and settled she was. Such a clean and tidy place and the staff were all lovely. Keep up the good work.

Mum and Dad have been residents at Gwen Walford for a few months now and there have been some very positive changes. Everything is lovely - the way the staff treat the residents and their families is excellent. My parents are happy and constantly tell me how lovely everyone is. We are kept up to date with all activities and can see photos on Facebook. A lovely care home in a wonderful setting.

My experiences have been excellent. My husband and I were married here in September after being partners for 25 years. I have been in Lynhales Hall Nursing Home because of worsening multiple sclerosis in March 2026. We had a lovely wedding and reception in the home, and we were able to celebrate with close family and friends.

The staff are caring and committed. They are attentive and empathetic. I have witnessed many, many times wonderful interactions with not just my own family members but with other residents. I love the activities on offer. Overall very happy with the service.

Roden Hall is a warm and welcoming environment. All of the staff are kind and caring. They are always willing to help where they can. The clinical staff often go above and beyond our expectations. The meals are tasty and varied

My Mum moved into Kington Court in July in pretty much an emergency/last minute situation after my Dad passed away suddenly. The staff immediately treated her with the care, compassion and patience she needed at such a sad, stressful time. Since then, she has settled very quickly into a good routine. The staff respect her wishes regarding food, drink, washing, dressing, hair etc. The activities are brilliant to keep my Mum busy and alert, the food is great and Mum has created positive relationships with staff and residents

I would reccomend Hampton Grange as I have seen improvements over the years and am very pleased with all aspects the way it is run.

My husband has FTD and I have cared for him for 6 years. Earlier this year his health seriously declined and after a short time in hospital he came to HG. He settled well and I feel so much better myself now that he is so well cared for. The staff are amazing and the love and care that they show Des helps the whole family. We are all made so welcome and they helped to celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary on 29/8/26

We have been visiting our friend Sue regularly and have found all aspects of the home to be excellent staff welcoming, caring & very friendly Sue appears very happy, well cared for.

If I need to come back again I would.

Activities excellent treated with respect and dignity. Excellent in all other areas of the home the staff are caring and helpful at all times. I treat them with respect the same as I am treated

On the whole this is my first stay at Hampton Grange, I like to go out outside. The view is lovely from the bedroom. The food is excellent, I get plenty of choice.

My father settled very quickly. This is due to the kind and supportive staff.

When arriving to visit my farther the staff are very pleasant and careing; always asking if im well and tells me if dad has been well or not. If need to see management they are always around and helpful; my dads care is excellent he is treated with dignity and compasion, everyone is dedicated to there jobs and do an amazing job.
