My father has been a resident in Lynhales Hall for a little over two years and settled in quickly due to the kind care that he received. He has been well looked after and we have kept informed with any issues by telephone. Dad always looks near and tidy and well-kempt. Staffa re on hand to assist should
we require anything whilst on site.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care given to my loved one at Dorset House. From the moment we and they arrived, it was clear this was not just a facility but a true home filled with warmth and compassion. The staff are, quite simply, fabulous. They treat residents with a level
of dignity and genuine affection that gave me immense peace of mind. They took the time to understand her personality, stories, visitors, so making her feel truly seen and valued. During a very difficult time, the whole team went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, happy and loved. They are all an absolute credit to the profession. Thank you.

We want to thank the manager and her fantastic team for all their hard work they put into the pre christmas preperations and on Christmas Day itself. It was a lovely atmosphere on Christmas Day, and my father (resident), sister, and I enjoyed the amazing Christmas dinner dished up by the chef. My sister
and I are reassured that my father is being loved after by staff showing care, kindness and dignity and it's great to see my lovely dad looking so comfortable and contented.

Our dad Elwyn was resident at Kington Court for 18 months, he was admitted as end of end-of-life care. Thanks to the care of Dora and her team, we still had Dad with us 18 months later. We were always treated with such kindness and compassion. Dad was always treated with dignity. We couldn't have asked

What a lovely home to be in too so clean. The staff are always so friendly. There is always staff on the floors and always so attentive to the residence. Food always looks good, amazing cakes at tea time 3 o'clock. I go in twice a day, over the years I have been in a lot of care home, this one is the
best I have ever seen. The efforts they go to for the residence is amazing (activities) always something on, Christmas decorations are beautiful.

Karen and her team are amazing and the care and compassion shown to my sister and our family was exemplary. When we were given options to view we saw Dorset House first and were blown away, not just by the property and the room, the staff were all happy and interested in why we were there. I am so pleased
that my sister got to spend her last few weeks at Dorset House.

The staff's caring skills and, just as importantly, their compassion towards residents and relatives, are excellent. My cousin's needs are met and attended to consistently in a professional and sensitive way. When my cousin expressed a desire to exercise more, a physiotherapist was organised to provide
professional, tailored support, which has benefited my cousin physically and mentally.

My husband has been at St George's Park nursing home since beginning of May 25 after I could no longer cope with him at home. He had severe dementia. I think the care he received was excellent from all the staff. They were so kind and caring nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff across the
board always had a cheery smile and a kind word when passing martyns door whether bringing fresh clothes food or drink or just popping their head around the door. As my husband became very poorly they always kept me updated as to what was going on and we're very honest with me towards the end. My husband died with dignity knowing he was loved and the staff were amazing I can't thank them enough.
