Dad is receiving excellent care. All staff are friendly, nurturing, knowledgeable, and comforting to Dad. The communal areas are clean and well-kept.

Mum is well looked after. Her room is lovely. She gets on well with all the staff and has a good laugh with them- they call her Your Majesty!

Mum has been resident for just 2 weeks, but I wanted to give a review of how things are going. Moving her to a home was a really tough decision. After a truly horrendously planned/executed discharge from Telford Hospital, mum arrived late Friday evening. I'm grateful for how staff handled this & accepted her in despite the rushed/botched discharge. It had only been two days prior that I visited for the first time & was impressed by the home, the facilities & every member of staff I encountered. It was clean, tidy, homely & it just felt 'right'. Sam & Chelsie have been stars, as have all the nurses & carers (of which there seems many). On arrival, a few things weren't right for mum (no fault of the home) but they went out of their way to reassure that things would be remedied & they all were. You get a sense of a genuine "nothing is too much trouble". For the first time in years I felt I could relax knowing mum is in safe hands. Mum has adjusted far quicker than I thought possible.

All the staff at Roden Hall are very kind, caring and thoughtful. The facilities are very very good from activities to all the great craft that goes on in the craft room. The singer in March was excellent.

From the start, an amazing place, fantastic staff very friendly, keep up the good work.

Staff incredibly helpful, no job too big or small! Never been made to feel like a burden. Care quality is exceptional- relative very happy and well cared for. The home itself is ever so clean and tidy. Could not recommend St Georges enough- they're all equally amazing!

Since dad arrived at Roden Hall Care Home his care from both the care staff and management team have been exemplary. The facilities at Roden Hall have been excellent and the professionalism of all is excellent as well. It's more than a job to the staff and they are making his final days very peaceful.

I have always found all staff to be attentive, kind and good humoured. I always leave feeling he is in safe and caring hands.

My husband has been at St George's Park nursing home since beginning of May 25 after I could no longer cope with him at home. He had severe dementia. I think the care he received was excellent from all the staff. They were so kind and caring nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff across the board always had a cheery smile and a kind word when passing martyns door whether bringing fresh clothes food or drink or just popping their head around the door. As my husband became very poorly they always kept me updated as to what was going on and we're very honest with me towards the end. My husband died with dignity knowing he was loved and the staff were amazing I can't thank them enough.

I've been visiting my friend for the last 10 days. I have been impressed with the room he is in and the facilities available. The staff are always happy and helpful and offer support.

Come to visit a friend, the home is clean and tidy and all the staff are very friendly and caring. I would recommend this home.

The staff are just brilliant, so helpful and understanding and always supportive. They have helped my dad settle in and have reassured me that he is ok, enabling me to start carrying on with my life.

It's not all rules and regulations and has a real homely approach to supporting people in there care.

I cannot speak more highly than to say what a wonderful happy place Roden Hall is and I have enjoyed my stay here it is such a happy place to be.

Very, very happy with the care my dad receives from all the staff. St George's is the best care home he has been in. Special mention to Chelsie, Evan, Jan, and Karla. All brilliant, caring people. First Rate. 10/10.

I have had both mum and dad in Roden Hall for 18 months, it was not an easy decision to put them into care. But from day 1, the staff have been exceptional. They are kind and care genuinely for the residents. I always feel that they are safe when I can't see them. During the most difficult times the management have been visible, available and supportive.

Made very welcome, enjoyed the activities which was varied and enjoyable, something for everyone, a good choice of food, staff very helpful, and a good choice of care.

Professional, friendly and welcoming staff from the reception team to the nursing staff. Visiting the home put me at ease knowing that my friend was well cared for. The home appeared clean and tidy too.
