All care staff and nurses have been wonderful to Mum. Garden views and wildlife from her bedroom are amazing. Mum and myself have been made to feel so welcome by all. It really is just like home, being able to bring dogs in as well is just great. It's so family-orientated.

Garden views, amazing wildlife, squirrels and robins visit her window daily where she likes to feed them. She really does feel like she's home.

Warm, friendly and caring welcome from all staff. They bent over backwards to sort out any issues and make Mum settle in as smoothly as possible, they were so patient with my sister and me with all our anxieties about Mum and the home and always had time and a cheery word for us.
