I visited my Nan for the first time in a few years, being so far away it has been difficult to juggle home life etc but I'm so glad I was able to get up this time, it was so lovely to see my Nan happy and content, at the same time being clean and tidy and very well looked after, her room was light...
I visited my Nan for the first time in a few years, being so far away it has been difficult to juggle home life etc but I'm so glad I was able to get up this time, it was so lovely to see my Nan happy and content, at the same time being clean and tidy and very well looked after, her room was light and airy and she had a lovely bird feeder at her window that was so lovely to see the birds coming up to it and chirping away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and had the time to talk to me regarding my Nan and reassured me that she is very well looked after, and one employee even took the time to comfort me when I got upset, I constantly had fresh drinks made available to me. Thank you Lynhales staff for taking good care of my beautiful Nan, I am hoping to get up again very soon.
