Sadly the same cannot be said of the staff with whom I came into contact at Rotherwood Healthcare ('Head Office' - based in Loughborough, I believe). The staff were *not* caring and were brusque and occasionally quite rude. I am very sad to say that when I let them know that Dad had passed away, I did not receive any condolences and, in fact, my last email went unanswered, to this day.
However, despite this, I was so very happy with Lynhales Hall Nursing Home and their amazing staff, that the poor service from 'Head Office' was overshadowed by the superb care from Lynhales.
We sincerely appreciate your kind words about the exceptional care provided at Lynhales. It is truly heart-warming to hear that your father was treated with care and respect during his last months.
We deeply regret that you had a negative experience with the staff at our Home Support Office, and we would like to apologise for any distress caused. It is truly unfortunate that you felt a lack of empathy and responsiveness, this behaviour is not reflective of the values and standards we strive to uphold.
