Radbrook Nursing Home

I have always found the staff to be caring and helpful, A wide range of activities are organised for the residents. Residents medical requirements are catered for by nursing staff and regular visits from the GP in a satisfactory manner.

I'm March 2019, I moved my mother from another nursing home in Shrewsbury to Radbrook Nursing Home. My reason for doing this was that I was unhappy with the standard of care that she had been receiving in her previous home. Throughout the process of the move, I found the management and staff at Radbrook extremely helpful and supportive. Since my mother's arrival at Radbrook, I have found all members of staff to be very friendly, caring, supportive and professional when carrying out their duties. They are always happy to listen and act on any concerns I have. The staff also contact me regarding any concerns that they have in respect of my mother. Since her move, my mother has been far happier, and so have I, knowing my mother is in safe hands.

Kind and caring nursing and general staff. Good accommodation.
