The Uplands

It certainly would not be my first choice of nursing home in Shrewsbury.

My brother was very happy at The Uplands Care Home albeit for a short stay. In my opinion The Uplands is a very well-run care home, the staff are all first-class which made my brother's last days very peaceful.

Mum would want us to sincerely thank everyone at The Uplands for the kind and attentive care she received during her all too short stay. We wouldn't fault anything. The care, compassion and kindness shown and given to my mum was amazing. Mum needed respite care and I have no doubt that the speed of her recovery was mainly due to her stay at the Uplands. Every single person who came into contact with mum were first class.

The care my mum received at The Uplands was excellent. The staff who looked after Mum were always considerate, respectful, patient and so kind. In the last few days of Mum's life, they supported all the family with sensitivity and compassion. The Uplands is outstanding.
