Heather has over 28 years of experience in nursing homes. Heather was previously the Operations Manager over 9 nursing/care homes here in the UK. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director over nursing homes in the United States. Heather has an MBA in Healthcare Management, and is excited to join the team here at The Old Rectory.
Katie began working for the Old Rectory in 2020 as a carer. Katie has a passion for care and is very caring and compassionate with our residents.
Rachel has worked at the Old Rectory for many, many years and knows the building and the residents inside out. Rachel is NVQ level 4 Qualified and has plenty of knowledge and experience in order to do her job to the standards we expect.
Our very own Florence Nightingale. Pat is a Qualified Nurse by profession although no longer practices. What she doesn't know, isn't worth knowing. Pat has a world of knowledge and is very dedicated to her job and the residents and goes above and beyond her job description. Pat is a very valued and appreciated member of our team.
Kerry has worked at The Old Rectory for many years and knows the layout of the building well, she is very knowledgeable within her role and this is a huge asset to us.
Ella has worked at the Old Rectory for some time now, she has shown extreme dedication and competence within her role. She is very experienced and delivers very high standards of care. Ella will put her hand to any task given to her and is our go-to girl if something needs fixing, hair needs styling, or nails need painting, she is just a great all-rounder and very much appreciated within the home by both staff and residents. Ella has recently changed her role to a domestic assistant
Emma has returned to the Old Rectory after her maternity leave, she returned under new management and has proven to be very competent within her role and a very valid member of our team.
Avany joined the home in April 2023. She has recently been signed off as a senior carer after displaying much diligence and competence.
Reeba joined the home in March 2023. She has recently been signed off as a senior carer. She has a total of 19 years experience working as a nurse.
Tomily joined the home in March 2023. She qualified as a nurse in 2012 in Kerala India.
Keziah Joined the home in April 2023. She is described as “friendly and caring “ by her colleagues and patients
Yojana joined the home in June 2023. She completed her BSC in nursing in 2009 whilst living in India.
Baiju joined the home in June 2023. He is described as being able to “perform his duties admirably, to tend to employer’s needs with respect, professionalism and great personal care”.
Martin has worked at the Old Rectory for many years providing nutritious, healthy and very tasty meals for our residents. Martin develops his own seasonal menus by speaking to the residents regarding their likes and dislikes. Martin has secured, with the help of his Kitchen team, a five-star food hygiene rating of which we are very proud.
Martin can cook and bake anything asked of him and loves new challenges. Martin is a very valid member of our team and enjoys creating meals for all dietary requirements.
