Overall Experience

Having been here for just over 2 years, I have found the staff extremely helpful in their support, care and kindness. I think the carers, in particular, have a very difficult job dealing with all sorts of people and problems but always treat people with dignity. I have been very happy here and would not like to move anywhere else at this stage. Staff always try to be cheerful, even under difficult circumstances.
