St. Mary’s Nursing Home is situated in Harborough Magna, which is a small village on the outskirts of Rugby. It is close to the M6 and A5 and is located approximately 5 miles from Rugby and Lutterworth.

The home is purpose-built with 56 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. There are also comfortable sitting and dining rooms where you can relax and enjoy your day.

There is also a large garden with seating areas where you can enjoy the surrounding countryside.

St Mary’s provides nursing care, respite care, palliative care, and convalescent care.

All staff are trained to the highest standards and their continued development is a priority to ensure the delivery of a quality service.

St Mary's provides an excellent service to residents with dementia. They are very caring and give excellent service and support to the family and residents which has been extremely challenging due to the pandemic. I feel that my mum's needs are met and I have no concerns with her care.

My father went into St Mary's just prior to "lockdown". It was a very difficult time, but all the staff made the whole time much more bearable. We were informed of what was going on in the home, visiting etc, and how my dad was. They are always kind, caring and helpful.

If anyone was to ask me bout a care home, I will highly recommend St Mary's from top to bottom. They are very professional and caring. My nan is always telling me how wonderful it is and that she loves it here.

St Mary's is a friendly, family-run nursing home with very caring staff, many of whom have been there for years. Following a severe stroke, they looked after my mum very well and she was very contented there. The rooms are light and airy. There are lots of thoughtful touches; a personalised label on
each bedroom door, a bird feeder at every window, paintings by local artists on the walls, books, TV, games and a piano. The resident chef makes wonderful food, tailored to residents needs. They are very welcoming to family and friends and hold open events throughout the year. They invited us to a fantastic Christmas dinner which we and Mum enjoyed very much.

Staff were caring and supportive. Visiting was any time. Location and grounds were excellent. Clients seemed to be well looked after and personal requests re food and diet were catered for. Staff always answered the phone promptly and responded appropriately to information requests. I felt that the
person I was helping to support was happy and settled.

We can only say that St Mary's Nursing Home was excellent with all our uncle's needs. He arrived from hospital and was looked after so well. He spoke very kindly of all the staff who looked after him. He had so many kind words for all. His spirits were lifted after his first week and remained so until
his death. The room was very clean, he was looked after so well. We are very grateful to everybody at St Mary's for all the work and care.

The experience at St Marys of over two years has been a really positive one. After trying two previous homes for my husband, this is like a safe haven. I can now rest knowing he is well looked after by a wonderful team. It is a weight off my mind. When I visit, to be greeted by the staff with happy,
smiling faces, always time to talk to me means a great deal. I am so thankful.

My friend has been in St Mary's Nursing Home for 12 months with excellent care and has settled after being a very independent person, but after a number of falls and hospital, she came for an initial trial period and has stayed. She has flourished with the care and attention of the staff at St Mary's.
She is bedridden but has very good attention and one to one help with day to day living.

My husband has been in this nursing home for almost a year and seems very settled. The care is very good and the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. It is very clean and the food is excellent, they have a very good chef. We are very happy with my husbands care.
