My dad had to move into a care home after a short stay in the hospital. The first place he was in was horrible, the building and staff, so we were on edge when we moved my dad into Cliff House but we really didn't need to be, this place is amazing. it's lovely and clean, all the rooms are very homely
and the staff, well, what can I say about them? They have been amazing with my dad, doing more than just the normal day-to-day care. My dad has dementia and is sometimes a bit challenging but they do everything in their power to keep him happy. I appreciate them all, they all do so much.

My mother has been a resident at Cliff House for nearly three years. It was the hardest thing to trust someone so precious to the care of others but Mum found a loving, caring home when she moved in. I can't put into words how happy she is, priceless to be honest.
Cliff House has a management team
that I trust implicitly and along with the best of staff, they ensure Mum receives exemplary loving care.
No hesitation in recommending Cliff House for your loved one.

I have always found the staff to be very friendly and the home to be clean. My mother has dementia and was underweight when she moved in, she has picked up marvellously under Cliff House's care. I have no worries about recommending them.

My grandmother came here last August and was really quite poorly. Her transformation due to this care home is really incredible. All the staff are very friendly and take such good care of her. The food is really good too. Would highly recommend.

My aunt has been a resident at Cliff House for 18 months now and the care and support that she receives is outstanding. The staff and management go above and beyond to maintain and promote independence, health and wellbeing during these difficult times it gives me peace of mind to know that my aunt
is safe and well cared for. I receive regular telephone updates regarding my aunt's health and wellbeing. I am able to speak to my aunt on the phone regularly. A big thank you go everyone at Cliff House.

Very friendly. All members of staff treat you like a part of their families. Lovely home and my father is very comfortable, the staff can't do enough to make us feel welcome and they are always there to listen to us if we have any problems.

Would just like to say the team at Cliff House have gone well above average considering everything that is going on with COVID 19. They have given residents and their families 110%. They have a hard job to do which many of us could never do! Would like to say keep up the good work and stay safe.

I did have both parents as residents at Cliff House. Sadly my dad passed away in August. All the way through and during the past few weeks of being in Cliff House did me proud of looking after my dad even the last night as he passed away. Couldn't have asked for anyone else to have looked after him.
A massive thank you. And my mum is still in their care and as the situation the country is in with COVID-19, I can appreciate everything you have in place as it is keeping my mum safe and well.

So good that my father went in for 2 weeks respite and after 3 days booked himself in permanently. All of the staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. They are very caring and keep you informed of any problems - always nice to be kept in the loop.

Both my mum and dad were living at Cliff House, they made them both very welcome. Although Mum wasn’t sure about living there to start with, all the staff made her safe and secure and now she is very happy there. While there, my dad became really poorly and all the staff went above and beyond the care
of my dad who has just recently died. I would definitely recommend Cliff House. I know that my mum is safe and secure and is very well looked after while living there and there is always lots of activities to keep her occupied.

Care home have been excellent with my mum.
There are lots of activities for residents and opportunities for them to go out on trips. Staff have been excellent as my mum can be difficult to please and they try to encourage her to join in with activities.

My father suffers with Parkinsons and dementia so is in Cliff House because of ill health. The staff are brilliant with him. They engage with him every day no matter what his mental state is. They always make him smile, which I know is difficult.
