I was accompanied by my sister and a social worker. The review was very thorough and professional. All our queries and concerns were dealt with very well.
I was very impressed with the care plans for my mum relating to risk assessments and handling day to day living.
I did request she had 2 - 3 baths
(showers) per week.

First entering Cliff House to view for my dad it was a very friendly and welcoming welcome from the managers. I was impressed at everything! The cares do an amazing hob and you can see the love they have for the residents, they are all looked after with dignity. The food is amazing, entertainment staff
are brilliant. I would highly recommend Cliff House. Thank you.

My mother has been in Cliff House for 8 years and she has always been treated with great care and dignity but I believe in recent months, the quality of care is at it's highest. I also have a friend who is a resident at Cliff House on my recommendation because the quality of care is so very good.

My mum initially came into Cliff House for respite and settled so well that we decided it was to become a permanent residency. The staff are fantastic. The home is beautifully clean and smells wonderful. Mum is thoroughly enjoying the food which is wonderful to see as she has been a poor eater in the
past few years.

Cliff House is a comfortable, caring residential home. The mixed nature of the needs of residents requires and achieves a varied approach with residents.
For the more "able" and more ambient residents, I feel more stimulus is needed. What steps are in place for inter-resident "conflict". My mother
can be, I have noticed, a bit spiteful towards a particular resident. She can alienate herself through it which is a downward spiral.

Enjoyed staying at Cliff House. Have had the best care - lovely staff - food good - nice atmosphere throughout.


Lovely to get hair done on site. Also had a manicure and nail polish - a special treat for me!

Residents pockets are not checked before clothes are taken to laundry. Wristwatch and spectacles have been put through the washer and dryer thus destroying them.

My mum was only in Cliff House for a few weeks but she was happy and was constantly praising the staff. She also enjoyed the meals saying there was always a good choice. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
