Nether Hall Care Home Ltd

On my last visit to Netherhall, I found it much the same as my previous visits, that it is a pleasant place to visit, warm and cozy, and the staff helpful and kind. It also was clean and tidy. I am not able to critique it in any form and should definitely recommend it to anyone seeking similar accommodation.

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. Was impressed how well the new manager made contact with me on taking up her position at Netherhall. Any concerns I have are dealt with promptly and emails replied by return. All staff are friendly and caring and have been very understanding during this very difficult time of lockdown.

You have an excellent reputation which is why I wanted my aunt to come to you. I travelled from South Wales where I live the day after she was admitted. I have only visited a few times just before the lockdown when I had to come home. The staff that I have met, all seem very friendly and good at what they do. Everywhere seems spotlessly clean and my aunt has a very nice room with a lovely outlook. I speak to my aunt every night on the phone and she has no complaints. Some things I cannot comment on because I have not been able to be there or see what is happening.

Home from home. Nothing too much trouble. All the staff is amazing. The food is amazing. I dot think any home could beat this home. it is one of the best. Staff and management very approachable and happy to help with anything if they can.

My mother suffers from vascular dementia and when admitted to nursing care 12 months ago was in a very vulnerable and neglected state. The last 12 months at Netherhall have helped her to become settled and have seen her health improve because of the excellent standard of care she is receiving. It has not been an easy journey but the staff have treated her with dignity and patience and always put her needs as a priority. Thank you!

Mum has been at Netherhall hall for 9 years. She settled into Netherhall very quickly. As a family, we had had a few issues, but with management and staff, issues have been dealt with promptly. Over the last couple of years, there have been a lot of changes, all for the better, especially for the care of Mum. We would like to take this opportunity as a family and in these difficult and testing times, to say a huge thank you to the Manager and her staff.

My husband was diagnosed with liver cancer and was given 6 months to live. We were about to move and Netherhall had been recommended to me for possible respite. I couldn't have chosen a better place. The care and compassion of the staff is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent. The compassion towards the family is amazing. My husband's words 'It's lovely here, I could easily spend my last days here'.

I couldn't speak well enough of Netherhall Nursing home. From the day my Sister went there for 'end of life' care she got that 100% making sure she was comfortable, they kept her so clean and the bedding was lovely. The room was lovely to me and my family was there all day every day. They looked after us all with food and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble and they would have a joke with to cheer us up. They are angels. Brilliant place.

I found everyone caring, very helpful and friendly. It's lovely and clean and my dad loves the food.

We were very lucky to find this for our Mum and cannot recommend anywhere more highly to care for a loved one than Netherhall. Thank you all so much.

I currently volunteer at Netherhall. I visit the residents regularly with my dog Buddy. We walk around letting the residents stroke buddy and I find this calms them and brings a smile to their faces. Most residents get involved and look forward to our visits. Netherhall is a lovely home with a welcoming feel.
