Bosworth Court Care Home will be celebrating 30 years of service in 2020, as a provider of residential and nursing care. Located in the quiet and pretty town of Market Bosworth, the Home is amongst world-famous historical sites, picturesque rural settings, with a choice of local amenities.

Bosworth Court employs the ethos of a family home, prioritising the residents’ comfort, dignity and choices in their daily lives. This is led by a dedicated team of nurses and carers, who work in accordance with each resident’s tailored care plan. These care plans are personal, comprehensive and are appropriately supported by family members and relevant healthcare professionals.

Bosworth Court places great importance on activities for the residents and endeavours to maintain their hobbies and interests. This often involves friends and partners within the local community, who help the team to bring variety and enjoyment to the Home.

The Home can accommodate up to 42 residents in a mixture of single and shared twinned rooms, many of which are en-suite. There are wet rooms on both floors as well as vibrant communal lounges and dining areas, a sensory room and a secured patio garden with wheelchair access.

Mum was very poorly when she arrived and the staff were very kind and caring. If she was sleeping they would let her rest rather than waking for personal care. When in pain staff acted quickly to give her more medication. The room was quite small but as Mum was in a bed the whole time this was not a
problem. Staff showed us (relatives) great care offering drinks and food at all meal times.
Bosworth Court provided a calm and peaceful environment for Mum's last few days.

My mum had moved to Bosworth court care home in January 2025 . How I wish we had found this lovely carehome earlier .
Mum was looked after from the first day. She had a lovely comfortable chair which helped her so much . The nurses being present was so reassuring and the care staff were all lovely.
Her dog came to visit everytime and was so excited to see the staff downstairs when he arrived
Mum passed away at the home in April and we can not fault the care in her final days . It was second to none .
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone needing care.

I have found the home to be really good; they take good care of the residents, they keep them nice and clean, well fed, the ones that need help, and they always talk to them. They get them up and out of bed and into the day room.

Bosworth Court continues to provide an excellent level of care for my parents. The staff are approachable, professional and cheerful, and treat all their residents with respect. The manager and staff always take time to discuss any particular needs of my parents and are very accommodating. Everywhere

The care home service provided for my late mother at Bosworth Court Nursing Home (April to November 2024) was of a high standard, provided by friendly and caring staff. The nursing provision was great, with the staff always approachable, caring and practical. The size and layout of the care home meant
that it was homely and managed well. It was a relief to get my mother into this great care home where the care of residents is at the forefront.

Although my father was only in the care of Bosworth Court Nursing Home for a very short time, I was very impressed. The staff were very professional, respectful and, above all, kind to my father. They were also incredibly supportive of the whole family during what was a very difficult and upsetting

Mum has been at Bosworth Court for only a few weeks but already it feels like home. The manager runs a tight ship and has a team of extremely loyal staff from deputy manager, admin and reception to excellent nurses, fantastic carers a wonderful cook, conscientious auxiliaries, laundry staff and not
forgetting the ladies who organise activities for the residents. It's never easy putting someone you love into care and believe me there are some nightmarishly bad care homes out there but Bosworth Court is definitely not one of them. As a family, we are very happy and content that Mum is getting the best care possible. Ten out of ten in every respect.

My sister-in-law, who lives with us, went to Bosworth Court Nursing Home for two weeks respite care. On returning home, she was often telling us about how much she liked the home. Her comments covered the food, how much she enjoyed it, how nice the staff were, how well she slept. For a lady who doesn't
like change, she has said she would go back there again. For me, that is a resounding success.

My friend was extremely well looked after at Bosworth Court Nursing Home during her four-year stay.
When my friend first moved in, she actively joined in with many of the different entertainment/activity opportunities. Bosworth Court works very hard at giving the residents options to participate in
things they enjoy. It is not one of those homes where the residents are plonked in front of the TV all day and every day, which I have experienced with an elderly aunt I also looked after.
The staff, all the way through from the manager, admin, nursing, xare and catering, are just so helpful and professional in the roles and have been a pleasure to deal with.
My friend was treated as if she were a member of the family and really enjoyed her time at Bosworth Court.
I would recommend Bosworth Court to anyone, at anytime.

We are so thankful to the manager and staff for caring for Mum over the last four years. Mum had Alzheimer's and poor cognitive function when she arrived at Bosworth Court. She enjoyed wandering around the homely lounge. Mum loved the musical activities provided. The care and therapy dog brought her
joy. All the staff were kind, caring and compassionate, and we know Mum was part of a family. We were kept well informed and I appreciate the meals and pots of tea and biscuits I was provided with in Mum's final days. Thank you all for your loving care for Mum.

My husband became a resident in January 2023 and as he has Huntingtons Disease (which is a rare genetic presentation) he needs specific care and nursing.
From the manager to the cleaners including all staff, the level of care has been excellent. I am always informed of any concerns regarding my husband's
well-being and health issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone considering care homes.

The staff took their time to get to know my husband and gain his trust. After being there for about four months, he was a different man. It’s a lovely, caring home with home cooking and great activities. My husband is very happy there.

After having a few attempts at finding the right care for Mum and in and out of hospital, Bosworth Court Nursing Home have been perfect. The staff are caring and all of them have made an effort to get to know me and are always in contact regarding Mum's health. The food and accommodation are more than
adequate. What I really like about Bosworth Court is that whilst it's calm and quiet there is a busyness about the rooms with staff always popping by and saying hello which Mum likes.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the Bosworth Court team.
My mum has been a resident since February and the care and support has been outstanding. Mum has settled in and the staff got to know her and her needs quickly.
We feel supported as a family and communication between us and all
staff has been faultless.
Mum is well looked after and I feel at ease when I leave her knowing she’s in ‘safe hands’.
There are lots of activities and Mum has joined in with some, which was lovely to see.

We would like to offer our heartfelt gratitude to all staff who cared for our mother who spent two separate respite periods in January 2023. The team's care and attention were outstanding. We found them friendly and very welcoming. Mum settled in extremely well with the help from her carers. Mum's health
requirements were met with respect, sensitivity and empathy.
The care team delivered a variety of activities and experiences, baking in particular made our mum full of laughter.
In the carer's eyes our mother never became her diagnosis, they became her family and made her feel who she has always been.

My mother-in-law moved into Bosworth Court after an initial respite stay to decide. The staff and management have made her feel secure, happy and content. They are her extended family. My mum was a previous resident of 4/5 years. There is nothing too much trouble for them and any problems, they address
in a professional manner. I am extremely grateful for all their help and support. Once again, I thank them for my peace of mind. I always feel welcome when I visit and look forward to Christmas and New year festivities 2022.
