After having a few attempts at finding the right care for Mum and in and out of hospital, Bosworth Court Nursing Home have been perfect. The staff are caring and all of them have made an effort to get to know me and are always in contact regarding Mum's health. The food and accommodation are more than adequate. What I really like about Bosworth Court is that whilst it's calm and quiet there is a busyness about the rooms with staff always popping by and saying hello which Mum likes.
Many thanks for your lovely words, I will ensure that all staff are made aware. Always a pleasure to look after Mum and see you when you visit.
My mum has been a resident since February and the care and support has been outstanding. Mum has settled in and the staff got to know her and her needs quickly.
We feel supported as a family and communication between us and all staff has been faultless.
Mum is well looked after and I feel at ease when I leave her knowing she’s in ‘safe hands’.
There are lots of activities and Mum has joined in with some, which was lovely to see.
Many thanks for your kind words, I will ensure all staff are aware. We love having your mum here and always a pleasure to see you and your brother.
The care team delivered a variety of activities and experiences, baking in particular made our mum full of laughter.
In the carer's eyes our mother never became her diagnosis, they became her family and made her feel who she has always been.
We are very grateful, thank you.
Many thanks for your kind words I will let the staff know of them. I am proud of the team we have here at Bosworth Court Care Home and it's nice to hear such lovely words.
My mother-in-law moved into Bosworth Court after an initial respite stay to decide. The staff and management have made her feel secure, happy and content. They are her extended family. My mum was a previous resident of 4/5 years. There is nothing too much trouble for them and any problems, they address in a professional manner. I am extremely grateful for all their help and support. Once again, I thank them for my peace of mind. I always feel welcome when I visit and look forward to Christmas and New year festivities 2022.
Many thanks for your lovely words, I will inform the staff of your lovely comments. We enjoy your visits.
Even before Mum moved to Bosworth Court the staff were wonderful. Showing us around and answering our questions. Once Mum moved in it quickly became apparent that we had made the right choice. Lovely atmosphere, lots of lovely staff and most importantly Mum settled very quickly. I'd recommend Bosworth Court to friends and family.
My mum was only a resident at Bosworth Court for six weeks and had always been reluctant to go into a care home. However, she never made a negative comment with regard to the treatment she received from all the staff whilst she was at the care home. She was treated with dignity and very well cared for at all times. During her last hours, there was always a member of staff at her side to provide care and comfort. They contacted us and allowed us to visit my mum in the hours shortly before her passing. From our only too brief experience, Bosworth Court is very well managed and professionally run.
Many thanks for your lovely words and I will ensure that all staff are made aware of your lovely words. Your mum was a truly lovely lady, whom all the staff loved dearly.
I have seen a great improvement in my father since he has been here. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Many thanks for your lovely response and comments I will ensure all staff are made aware.
I was in need of full-time care as my husband who is my full-time (and only) carer had to go into hospital for an urgent and serious operation. I was very lucky to be welcomed at Bosworth Court where I was looked after. The staff and everyone were very friendly and could not have done more for me. A very happy time.
Many thanks for your kind words, I will ensure the staff are made aware of them. We enjoyed looking after you you were a pleasure.
Overall everything at this home is excellent and go above and beyond what is asked of them. My mother was treated with gentleness and dignity, as was I at the end of her life. I can not praise the home enough, it was well managed and the care, excellent!
Many thanks for your kind words, I will ensure that staff are made aware of your lovely comments. It was a pleasure looking after your mum, she brought many memories for us all to remember.
The care given to her is exceptional. Food is of a high standard, cleanliness is very good, and communication with myself is very good. The home is of a very high standard, and it meets all the needs of my aunt. The manager is very good and the hard work she has done shows in every aspect. Thank you.
Many thanks for your lovely comments and words; I will ensure all staff are made aware.
It's the biggest decision that you have to make when you cannot give the care they need. I really found a gem here they are caring and treat their residents like family. My husband has been here for 19 months and has to have nursing care. They are excellent with him and have given him dignity and respect. I know he is not easy to care for but he seems to take notice of the nurses as they treat him like a lovely grandad. Thank you so much Bosworth manager.
Many thanks for your kind words, I will share your comments with the staff, it is a pleasure to be part of your family.
My dad has been a resident at Bosworth Court for almost 6 years and apart from a slight blip recently when I wasn't informed that the Covid lockdown had been relaxed and I could visit my dad, socially distanced, I have nothing but praise.
Many thanks and once again apologies for the miscommunication.
The care and dedication shown to Mum and her family during a very difficult time were absolutely amazing. We were supported by every member of the team, which is very professionally run by the manager. The whole team care about every resident's well being and happiness. It's clean and well-maintained to a high standard. It's a happy home and no-one could ask for more. To be greeted every day with a smile when things are so awful made us so thankful.
Many thanks for your kind words, as ever, we always strive to provide the highest standard of care to all residents and their families and are grateful when it is so appreciated.
Our mam received respect and dignity from the day she went into the home. In her final days, the staff from the very top to the bottom could not do enough for us as a family and also for Mam making sure the medication she needed was there for her. Our gratitude to all at Bosworth Court, affection and thanks cannot be emphasized enough. Thank you all.
Many thanks for all your kind words and I will ensure that all staff are made aware of your lovely comments.
Although a place no one wants to spend their last days, Bosworth Court, and in particular the manager and team of wonderful staff and carers have been a real revaluation.
My plaudits for them are numerous, but I can say;
Wonderfully friendly, extremely compassionate, for my Mum and me, nothing is to much trouble, although my Mum has only been there for 3 weeks, after my many visits, I have only ever seen helpful, friendly, and smiling faces.
Thank you very much for your kind review I will pass your comments onto our lovely team of staff.
