The home is very well managed, and the staff are all, without any exception that I came across, friendly, efficient, kind and dedicated, From the management to the nurses, the cleaners, the caterers, the admin staff, everyone is kind, hard working, and dedicated. This is a tribute to Karen and Nadine, the operational managers whose philosophy is "how would I want MY family looked after?" They lead by example and expect nothing less.

Lovely place, very clean and kind staff. The owner and the manager have gone above and beyond for my mum to ensure she is happy and well cared for. All the staff are wonderful in fact! They make my mum laugh when she's feeling a bit down, they spend time with her, take her out for walks when she's feeling confused and bring her tea and biscuits between meals. Their communication has been fantastic, I'm able to call for an update whenever I like, myself and my family are made to feel welcome during every visit. I couldn’t imagine not working in care, it has become a way of life and Kimberley Care has become a family.

Older Person Care, Dementia, Mental Health Condition, Physical Disability, Visual / Hearing Impairment are the registered (by the Care Quality Commission) categories of Care.
