Holly Tree Lodge is a care home in the pretty award winning village of Scotton, Lincolnshire, which is within easy reach of Gainsborough and Scunthorpe. They offer a high standard of living and comfortable accommodation.

Qualified and experienced nurses and senior care workers are able to deliver a person-centred individualised care package, by knowing and understanding each person's specific needs and supporting their independence. Compassionate and dedicated carer workers are skilled in delivering a versatile range of personal care to people with medical and physical needs and also those with problems related to living with mild dementia. They are held in high regard by residents, families and medical professionals, which is demonstrated by written responses to Quality Assurance questionnaires. Staff ensure that residents receive a superior level of care and enjoy life in a strong community.

The Home offers pre bookable temporary respite care subject to availability; this may be of assistance to members of the community who are also carers to have a break.

My dad has been in the home for nearly a year now, and as a family, we are very happy with the support and care he has had over his time in the home. He was bedbound when he arrived at the home, and we were told he was not going to be able to walk again. The home had him up and about within six weeks,
and he is now settled in and is very complimentary about all the carers who work here. Would recommend the home to friends and family.

The care staff, catering, cleaning staff are second to none. The nursing staff's expertise in catering to Mum's specific nursing needs are above and beyond. All staff ensure Mum is comfortable and look to reduce her anxiety levels at all times.
Mum appreciates all that is done to care and support her
at this stage in her life.

Mum has been at Holly Tree Lodge for three months now with family visiting on a daily basis. In this time the care she has received has been first class and we have no complaints at all.
The staff are really helpful and friendly and the home is always spotless.
'Spot on' I'd say.

Everything is done professionally.

For the short time my mum was in this care home she felt at home, the staff had such a caring attitude towards Mum. They were friendly and had lots of laughs together.
When Mum came to end of life as a family we were able to stay with her and the staff were so compassionate towards us, making sure
we had plenty of drinks and even small meals during that time. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for my dear mum and ourselves during her stay.

My mother has been in Holly Tree Lodge since October 2021. Always received very good care, appears very happy and content. Her wishes are always met where possible. Staff always communicate with myself if there any problems. The home is like a big family which helps the clients, they care for, feel
more unsettled.

Mum originally went to stay at Holly Tree Lodge for four weeks of respite care, but due to the standard of care she has experienced, has decided to stay long-term. The staff and management are kind, caring and considerate, and we are happy that Mum is in safe hands.

Staff try hard and appear friendly, however, having worked in care myself resources are stretched. Not enough staff on duty to attend to residents' needs promptly. I would like to say they try very hard though.

I cannot speak highly enough of Holly Tree. My mum is extremely well cared for and is very happy there. Lovely staff and it has a warm homely feeling. Excellent food. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. My mum is in good hands.

My mother has been at Holly Tree for the last 8 months and has received excellent care at all times. The staff are all so friendly and approachable and always promote a happy upbeat attitude, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The food choices are good and varied and the kitchen staff thoughtfully accommodate
mums food preferences. The administrative process has all been made very easy to navigate by the helpful management and office team. All areas are spotlessly clean, with clothes and linen changed frequently. Mum is happy at Holly Tree, she feels safe and loves being looked after by the attentive caring staff.

I have no criticism of Holly Tree Lodge. The staff are friendly and professional in their attitude and care and all my needs were met. I can recommend the food, choice and presentation really good.

Both my mum and dad have/are residents of this super care home. Fantastic staff who have become like family to us. The home looks after the care and dementia needs of residents with everybody being treated as individuals.

I cannot speak or praise highly enough. My views on "Holly Tree care home", everyone goes above and beyond to care for my father and also mine and my sibling's welfare when attending to him. There is nowhere else (in my opinion) I would trust my father's care too. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

My mum has been in Holly Tree Lodge about 8 years she can be a bit of a hand full as she has dementia. The staff are very good to her and treat her with kindness and all handled very good due to the pandemic and keeping Covid out, but when you have good staff and a good manager it will work.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They are really good with my mum and the care they have given her is excellent. They always inform me if anything happens with mum, even if she has a slight fall or a sore anywhere. They give their best to make sure all the residents are given the best
care and support as needed. I am so pleased I could get my mum to move in here.

Holly Tree Lodge has provided an amazing caring environment for my mum. She was very frail and weak following very serious illness.
Whilst she remains frail the staff have cared for mum giving her the support and encouragement needed to make a continued recovery, independence and confidence. The staff,
carers and the whole team put incredible effort into caring for all residents, ensuring their needs are met.

Sheree is not only a Deputy Manager but also a Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead for the home. She has been with Holly Tree Lodge for 11 years.
