Thank you for taking the time to review Hunter's Creek. We regret that you are dissatisfied with some aspects of the care provided at our home. As the Home Manager, I take your concerns very seriously and hope that the issue regarding the missing items has been resolved with their prompt retrieval. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, which sometimes requires implementing measures to ensure their safety, such as ensuring toiletries are stored in a safe locked space. We take all feedback and concerns seriously and continuously work hard to ensure that the well-being and safety of our residents remain a priority.

I am deeply saddened and rather shocked by this. Whilst the gentleman's children were happy with the care provided, we had separately received concerns from the reviewer which we take incredibly seriously. We are acting upon this concern and will endeavour to assure the reviewer where we feel developments to the service are required. We take our responsibility to all residents with the utmost dedication and where this is not achieved, we act to ensure that high standards are met and maintained for present and future residents.
